After my mothers death at a nursing home, her body was sent to a funeral chain, who were very poor at communicating and I felt like I was just a number, to the point I was told that I had to wait a week before I could have an appointment to discuss any arrangements. It was appalling.
I reached out to Attwoods and they were brilliant, provisionally arrangements were booked within an hour of my first call, so I could provide dates of ceremony to family that had to travel. And then I met with the team and they were compassionate, professional, friendly and efficient. It is a strange thing to have to recommend a funeral directors, but I can not thank Attwoods enough for the advice, support and service they provided
