They ordered my Cyrus pre2dac QX especially from Cyrus, So got the exact product I wanted at their promotional price, arrived ontime and they shipped it all inclusive.
Cannot fault service especially at super web prices.

To begin with I thought it odd when it said phone for best price for the speakers I wanted, but this turned out to be a fabulous thing as got a really good deal!!! Very professional, first class service even though I was little hesitant due to being sent a link to parent company to make payment. Arrived really quickly and very well packed (survived the couriers!). Will definitely use again! Thank you!

Ordered on line and had a phone call to query something

I have been delighted with all aspects of my interactions with Creative Audio. They are client focused, knowledgeable and offer a great service. My wife and I received excellent advice and support in selecting a preamp, CD player and streamer. When we visited their showroom in Shrewsbury they spent time asking questions to find out the kind of system we were looking for, the genres of music we typically played and the type of sound we preferred. Once they had established some parameters they invited us to listen to a range of amps, CD players and speaker systems. Nothing was too much trouble - there was no hard sell, rush or pressure. When we selected our units we felt that we had chosen the equipment that suited our needs, listening requirements and budget. All items were in stock apart from the CD player. So that we could listen to music over the Christmas period they even loaned us their demo CD unit until the Naim CD player that we had ordered arrived in stock. We exchanged a number of emails and they were prompt and efficient in all aspects of their communications as the order was fulfilled. I will certainly use Creative Audio in Shrewsbury for any future needs.
