They didn't have what they advertised…
They didn't have what they advertised and I paid for in time for a Christmas present. However they sorted out an alternative quickly and efficiently and communicated well. However the alternative was more expensive.

My audio techna stylus broke on 22nd December, I found Audio Affair online and ordered a new stylus - ordered at 1:40pm on 23rd December - somehow it arrived at 9:30am the following morning(Christmas Eve). Unbelievable service from Audio Affair (and dpd who delivered it). Record player back up and running for Christmas, excellent service and will use again. Brand new stylus was a like for like (expensive) replacement l. Price slightly better than elsewhere, but service unbeatable.
