In Ear Monitors - Terrible Service
Dear Audiophonics Support Team, Thank you for your response regarding my in-ear monitors. However, I believe there may be a misunderstanding about the warranty period. Under French consumer law, specifically Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code, the legal guarantee of conformity provides that when a defective product is replaced, a new two-year warranty begins from the delivery date of the replacement item. Since my original in-ear monitors were replaced due to a defect, the new set I received should carry a fresh two-year legal guarantee. The current issue, which is the same as the original defect, occurred just over two years after receiving the replacement, placing it within this period. Please reconsider my claim in light of these provisions. I'd be happy to provide further details or discuss a resolution. If we cannot resolve this, I may need to escalate the matter to the European Consumer Centre. Sincerely, Tom

I place an order from them, it's not the first time, they tell me that I entered the wrong destination data, instead of putting Italy I put France, then they send me an email saying that they canceled my order and that they would refund me, I wait a few days but I don't receive any refund, in the meantime I make a second attempt to order paying attention to the data for shipping to Italy, and I contact them pointing out that I have not received any refund, then they ask me for the IBAN, I had to send them many emails because I noticed that I was not receiving any quick response!!! Since the gentlemen don't have a telephone, a problem that can be solved in two minutes by talking, with emails it takes 20 days, ping pong, I don't like ping pong, so since they had to refund me and I made a new order for the same item, but entered the shipping data correctly, they would have at least had to check everything and send me the package without breaking the soul of people who just want to sleep peacefully at night without too many worries, given that today the self-construction and difficult to find components for this sector, the days go by and these people, these phenomena of "I never make mistakes, the customer always makes mistakes", they don't understand that with their emails and their times to respond to emails, very long times, the days go by, the weeks go by, and my nerves increase, now the gentlemen tell me that I threatened them, it's not true and I saved all the emails, perhaps the "threats" that the gentlemen mean we are never wrong! I simply reminded him of the Italian laws on online sales, and that therefore if a buyer complains of not having received what he is entitled to, he risks sanctions, the hysteria is created by you, we make sacrifices to pay for what we want, and we would like attentive and qualified staff, but it seems the opposite to me, you judge people without knowing them, and then you also want to be right, it was enough to see the new order and send it, without refunding anything, or in any case send an email asking the customer to re-order correctly, what sense does it make to refund the customer who needs the material, and then then re-order for the same amount if not even lower than the previous one??, they give me a discount code to apply to the new order, I mean, do you understand who we give our money to??, so a company managed by staff who I consider incapable of managing orders, shipments and revenue management.

KT88 Tubes
Hello. First purchase, I'm familiar with the product (KT88)so I did not need to communicate, shipping time and cost was fine.
Note: The KT88 quad boxes did not have a sticker indicating bias numbers. Tube Depot & Viva Tube USA indicate bias numbers, example 40.4, 4800 on one box, each box has different numbers and are within 10%. I neglected to ask about "matching" before purchasing.
I looked at a few tube dealers across Europe but did not find one that offer burn in?

Disingenuous
Audiophonics will send you spam email asking you to review your resent purchases on their website, but as soon as you leave a honest and fair review, they won't even post it as long as it's not a 5 star. It makes no sense to ask me for one, and even having a review system in the first place, if you're going to disregard it. Just shows that you're not an honest company. Customer support are also very uninterested and uninvolved in their work. One of those companies where it's always the customer's fault, and it can never be a poorly designed or a faulty product.
Edit: Not sure why you're replying in French, like I speak it. Just another indication of your amazing customer support. After using google translate, I'd like to clarify that I did contact you, but you gave me a dismissive reply, and didn't reply after. Reviews are obviously personal opinions from personal experience. That's how unbiased customer reviews work. Shocker.

I do not recommend this company
I wanted to order amplifiers from Audiophonics for almost 6000 Euro.
I had previously checked the opinions on the Internet and it turned out that these particular amplifiers may use faulty modules, which was confirmed by the manufacturer of these modules at that time. Therefore, I wrote to Audiophonics asking about this topic and a few other things related to these amplifiers. I wrote 3 times - both using the online application form and the contact email address. I received no response.
This is a very disappointing attitude, and in this case it also makes it impossible to make a purchase.
