Very positive experience with AusFF.
My whole concierge service purchase process was fuss free and smooth, whilst they lend their prompt assistance too.
Special mention to Kish, great customer service support provided!
I recommend to give them a try if you are purchasing out of Australia.
They do have stringent ID and payment check in place, understandable as this is required to ensure cyber security.

I was worried it was going to be complicated to use but it was super simple! Got items delivered from Aus to UK with no problems. Now I can still order from all the aussie brands I love that aren't delivering to the UK anymore (bloody covid/brexit).

It's good to deal with a dedicated company, efficient yet still at human scale.
Their agents have assisted me all along my difficult purchase via concierge service, then the transfer of multiple parcel, some containing dangerous goods.
They personnaly assist and guide you when needed. it's a human on the other side, not an automated bot or a global custommer service.
After my terrible experience with MyUS, these guys are a breeze!

Just had my chance to work with AusFF and the experience was really nice. They kept in loop with information immediately and even assisted me in consolidating a package to a smaller volume from 1.6kg to 0.9kg saving me money. I WAS SAVED 100$ JUST FROM THIS MOVE!!!. Vandals and non-existing customer service
Damaged my parcel inside their warehouse by cutting thru the box and the item itself. Customer "care" suggested that I should be happy that they haven't charged me even more for that "service" referring to the fact that they didn't charge me extra for the box(?). They didn't deny that they damaged it, however no remediation options were offered. They just don't care. Be warned.
Update: After posting the review Matt contacted me and refunded shipping fee. Also promised to pay more attention in the future.

Very positive expirience with Ausff
Very positive expirience with the provided service.
Shipping costs are average, but they have an special offer for 0 bucks suscription that I used, so cost was less than excpected.
In their page all the instructions are very simple to follow, as well as their email's requests for legal papers.
The sent my item on time and it arrived in better conditions than expected.
I used their services to send a spare part for my old and obsolete Samsung TV from Australia to Mexico, because it was not available in my country.
At the begining I was not sure to use it for my shipment, but different reviews convinced me to use it.
I am 100% sure that I will use their services again.
My only recommendation is to make a mobile App available.
