I stumbled onto Aussies Ties on Facebook. I'm the front man for a cover band and was looking for some nice looking vests to wear during gigs. Wow! $33 for a vest. I. Bought 3, only hesitating about the size I would get. I followed the directions for sizing and bought 3 different colours. Ordered on Friday, got them on Monday. I searched your full name, first name and just your surname in our orders and we have no Matt Turner or Matthew Turners in 13 years of doing business.
We advise in our emails, tax invoice and then follow up emails if there is an issue with the product or or service to contact us - my phone is always on and our emails are always answered - yet we have heard nothing so how are we meant to assist you if you do not reach out??
I request proof of purchase so that we can first verify the actual order, and then we can either replace or refund the order.
You will have our email if you are a legit customer - but I doubt it.
I think this could be a fake review as we have no history of your name.
