Friendly customer service staff, good products but appalling communication. I had no communication from the company at all. No confirmation of order, no dispatch notification, no out of stock so you will only get half your order communication. A real shame as it would not take much IT effort to fix it. I will try and find an alternative supplier. Please don't respond to this review as it would add insult to the complete lack of communication previously.

I paid for an order in May only to find out weeks later, after the partial order had been delivered, that the replacement parts would not be available until "sometime later in the year." The partial order of new burners that were delivered, 5 in total, had 4 burners with rust on the lower areas and completely rusted screws. I was replacing my on rusted burners with new not as rusted burners?? The company was not very helpful which I find odd given these are parts for a gas appliance. The company also recommended I buy the stainless parts because they don't rust... but cost a lot more ... and with the quality, would I trust them?So, in summary, the Beefeater BBQs rust fast, it's hard to get replacement parts and when the components degrade, the flames shoot out at you through the knobs... I think it's time for people to go for more healthy choices in outdoor cooking.

There was a problem with delivery which was nothing to do with the vendor who responded quickly and positively and who delivered a replacement for a part which had been damaged in transit.

Happy with the replacement rubber pipes for my barbecue .. other than being obligated to buy a new gas regulator which I didn’t need and may not have fitted my choice of gas bottle .. also compulsory courier delivery a little expensive at £9.99 for items costing around £30 ...

Easy online selection of spares but slow delivery and some parts would not fit. The staff are easy to telephone and very helpful.

Prompt delivery and BBQ cover better than expected as in quality.

Items were well packaged and were delivered quickly. All items are of good quality. Giving our old Beefeater BBQ many more years of cooking. Absolutley delighted.

So far so good with the items supplied and fitted. Have yet to really put the revitalized BBQ to the test though with more use!

Ordered the parts I needed for my Beefeater BBQ from Australian BBQ. The parts were received earlier than anticipated and were of very good quality. I would certainly use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending them .
