BBQ out for the first time this year, burners and heat deflectors had got a bit rusty. Found on line, ordered and a few days later - delivered. Just the job.
They weren't the cheapest, but did have stock.

Had what I needed, reasonable prices. Placed order then I phoned up a day or two later to ask for additional item in the same delivery - they didn’t have it in stock but offered to waive delivery fee when they sent second piece. Great service already; then that afternoon stock arrived and they phoned to say all would be shipped together. Great flexible, personal service that can often be missing when ordering online elsewhere.

We purchased two replacement casters for our old BBQ. They send them out quickly and fit perfectly for our old BBQ. Thanks

Unfortunately I am still waiting for some of my order plus the warming rack was damaged... I will be e-mailing to chase and complain

Honestly they couldnt be more helpful. The order was dispatched quicker than they promised, when the package got lost by a third party deliver service they went out id their way to help me and the third party find the package. They even went as far to double check that everything arrived in the end and make sure it was all the correct itnes for my BBQ. Will definitely be using them again and have already and will continue to advise others to use them.

Very vague website with not enough information. Items sent where received damaged and when replacement sent it was damaged as well.

Easy to order quick to arrive . great service

Bought a BBQ and didn't know where to get some parts and then found these guys. Good quality parts and swift delivery. nothing to fault really, even a call just to check that the parts ordered would fit my BBQ, cant really ask for more.

Needed a new griddle delivered sooner than quoted timeframe. Jemini Pattni took complete control of the order already placed when I called and changed the delivery address and organised the delivery for the following day-fantastic service and great product.

Ordered spares and would have given 5 stars but let down by items being damaged in transit due to inadequate packing. Took 3 attempts before one item was eventually received undamaged. To their credit, replacement items were shipped without much question and quickly. Their technical support was also excellent.

Great choice and easy to use website with fast delivery.
