Great customer service

Initially the parts I requested weren't in stock, but Australian BBQ kept me updated when the parts became available. Very friendly and helpful. Added advantage is the UK main stockist is only 20 minutes from my house.

Sadly the parts I ordered were incorrect however it was no problem, I was informed to return them and receive a full refund.

Thank you for your review Graham. We supply approx 90% of BeefEater spare parts in the UK and unfortunately there was a delay of a week in despatching your control knob whilst we waited for a new stock delivery from BeefEater, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused you.

Very helpful

Great website and stock availability. Had a rack delivered with a bent leg. Staff very helpful and had a replacement on its way in no time with no additional cost. My BBQ was up and running a lot quicker than I thought possible.

My BBQ is over 10 years old and very surprised to find how easy it was to get some new parts for it. Ordered simply on line and they all turned up 24 hours later. Great service. Thank you.

We ordered the bbq and had a phone …

We ordered the bbq and had a phone conversation about the order to be delivered on a Friday to be fitted for a clients party Saturday. We received an e-mail Thursday to say the bbq was on back order till end of the month. We called up and changed the order for a delivery Saturday morning as promised. We actually got the delivery Tuesday mid day. You where happy to take our money straight away and then tell us a week later you didn't have the item in stock. We then had to make changes and waste time calling etc to get things sorted and still get the rite delivery date
