Excellent, knowledgable service !

I bought a 4 burner Beefeater BBQ 10 years ago and it has given my whole family and friends stirling service, with many memorable evenings and lunches. However, 3 burners had become blocked with rust and the drip tray had eventually rusted, but the rest of the grill was in first rate condition - not bad after 10 years. I went online to search for spares and there they were in glorious detail. Everything I could want. I ordered 4 new burners, a new tray and 3 new flavour vaporisers. They even phoned me to check my order. The order was at my door within 48 hours, fitted and grilling dinner within 49. This is a great product with great after sales service. I couldn't recommend it enough.

I needed some parts for an old Beefeater bbq. The website pictures were very helpful and I found them although the model had been discontinued. Once ordered communication was good and the order came very quickly. Price was reasonably and overall I'm happy to be barbequeing again.

Easy to order and pay. Excellent prices. Expected delivery times were clear. I liked the fact they sent the invoice by post during that period. They forgot to tell me my order was slightly delayed due to being on back order, however they did respond to my email quickly to explain. I also liked the fact they want your bbq model number to ensure that you are ordering an appropriate part. The packaging was excellent. Will definitely use this company again.

I ordered 5 replacement burners for my Beefeater BBQ. They arrived promptly but for no apparent reason one would not fit. I phoned the company and a very nice young lady immediately promised me a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. It's good to know you will receive excellent service if you hit a snag - I will use again and probably buy my next BBQ from them.
