Further to my review yesterday, spent 30 minutes onto my bank and got the matter dealt with by the disputes team and was given refund while on the phone. Proviso is that Autocovers do not dispute but having had an email from them saying make a Chargeback claim they do not think will be any further issue.

SCAM. Avoid. After not sending you your goods they wont issue you a refund. After months of delaying tactics you'll be told to "contact your bank to initiate a chargeback or open a dispute case". They claim "express Shipping, great customer support, customer trust" All lies!! zilch support, 5 months in and I'm still chasing, they wont help, you'll have to raise a dispute case with your bank. Save yourself the hassle.

The worse car cover I've ever had, plus the worse customer service to boot, beware do not buy off this company, cheaply made in China, buy the same off ebay for £20, but pay 5 times the same off these robbers!, also there refund policy covers everything against you, so don't bother, if this review stops one person buying off this company then at least I've saved the same happening to them as happened to me, enough said!

only had it a month but happy so far with the cover quality but will wait to see how it does under heavy rain. my only gripe is the quality of the straps, all frayed at the ends and the clasps were not attached. also a wee heads up, when you receive it you will two people to unwrap as it is so tightly packed it needs peeled apart which was like a workout on its own.

Clearly I am not the only one who has had issues here. I bought the Outdoor Pro cover which let water into my car, caused moisture issues, mould and electrical failures. It provided no protection whatsoever from the elements or the rain. I have a vintage luxury vehicle and this has cost me thousands of pounds worth of cosmetic and electrical damage. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before purchasing - a complete scam of a company with shocking customer service. I am very upset and if I had the resources at present would take legal action.

As everyone on trust on trustpilot says, this is a rogue company!
They sent a cheap useless cover after waiting an exceptionally long time.
I didn’t even need to take it out of its wrapping.
Immediately requested to return it, they have long drawn out system even to start it.
I followed all of their instruction, take photographs of cover before sealing, photographs of item sealed, proof of signed for postage paid etc.
A gentleman by the name of Ethan Hunt, confirmed he had put the refund process in motion and once received and checked, a refund would be made.
Since that email, he has not responded to my numerous requests regarding there being no refund.
They are scam company, no ethics, just thieves really, where is the protection from trading standards.

Never received Floor Mats or refund. Don’t answer phone when you try to call. Eventually I had to report to credit card company for a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
No cover received, waited around 5 months. They said the manufacturer had cancelled the order - and we had to organise the refund. I ring / email every day to get my refund - ZERO replies. SHOCKING customer service. Still to this day - no refund received. And they are not cheap.

I tried ordering from here last year about October time. I emailed them to find out whats happening as its being dispatched for a couple of weeks now. so yeah it's about time to cancel and wanting my money back but I got an email from them saying I can't cancel as my order was being dispatched. Well im still in my rights to cancel as it wasnt sent out especially when they are sending it in a bulk or batches when i only ordered one . And they said they shipped in bulk or in batches well to me that means it's going to another factory/warehouse/shop or where ever so I got in contact with PayPal to get my money back it took a week but I got my money back and these scumbag never answered PayPal about the dispute. These are not in the UK at all shipping from CHINA scamming Website that needs shuting down and after a while they did stop answering my emails as well so this is why I got PayPal involved. Once I got my money back I ordered a car cover from CLASSIC ADDITIONS car cover they are based in the UK fast delivery and better quality too. But this autocovers.co.uk waste of time DO NOT BUY

Absolute rubbish covers, terrible quality not worth any money quite frankly don't go near, the Customer care don't respond, glad I only paid small beer for the cover............stay well away.....:-(

As mentioned by so many people, absolutely shocking. I’ve waited for two months to get my cover, it arrived today, wrong cover, wrong colour and missing a towel that I ordered with it. Now asked for a full refund and will keep this cover until my refund is in my bank.

Scam Company And I Too Have Been Tricked Into Handing Over My Money!!! No Cover And Just A Rubbish Story In An Email Saying Shipping Is Held Up!!!

Terrible customer service. Promised delivery from October 2022 till now, and it was always "coming", just stuck in China customs. Was, as you will read everywhere here, all BS. It was never coming. Asked for cancellation and refund in January, 3 months later, and they said cancelled, but they would not refund money, and I needed to "dispute" via my bank. Absolute thieves, and should be shut down! Avoid at all costs!!!

Do not buy a cover from this company they are not a UK company the product is shipped from China sometimes it would seem from other reviews and is of a poor quality,and you cannot contact the UK customer service number. In addition the contact details on Trust Pilot for the address is different now to to Autocovers website.

I ordered my cover and never got it till today, I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it yet. I wrote numerous emails and did everything they asked me to do; hence going onto online chat etc but they still haven’t responded. It’s a scam website! DO NOT BUY from this website. Scammers

I bought a cover from AutoCovers as I hoped it would be waterproof and protect the car. It let water in all through the cover after only a few months. They are not cheap so they would need to be better quality. I would not recommend them as cover was porous too quickly. Either buy a better quality one or pay less and buy one from Halfords as these covers don't work and certainly not worth the price as do not last at all.

Dreadful. Keep well clear of this company. They cannot deliver the goods. If you can't get your money back make sure you exercise your rights under the Consumer Credit Act and ask your credit card company to pay you back as its technically the Bank who supplies the goods not this useless business.

So After waiting almost 2 months my cover finally arrived today, and it's terrible doesn't fit at all, I took photos but unfortunately can't upload them. So if your looking to buy a cheap terrible car cover from China, then Auto Covers is for you!

Absolutely joke of a company AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Unless you are willing to never see your money again
