No goods received, no reply to emails, goods come from China and no UK stock. Auto Covers cancelled the order 10 days after placing it and 2 months later still no communication or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a cover in July 2022! And am still waiting and all I get from Autocovers is problems with Courier, we are chasing the courier’s. One excuse after another. They should be kicked off all sites advertising and not be allowed to steal our money.

Wish I read the reviews, ordered 1st November 2021 and still no joy, keep ringing to be told delays with courier and would receive a call back. Still waiting for that as well, stay well clear as my car is NOT protected at the time I need it to be. Hopefully I will eventually get my refund that I keep asking for. Wouldn't even give 1 star if I could

Ordered the cover mid November and it arrived on the 30th of December, clearly I was one of the lucky ones. Can’t fault the product. The shipping delays are inevitable as it clearly comes from China - not from London as is advertised. Customer services took 6 weeks to reply to my emails although I did manage to speak to people on live chat who were honest about the progress of the product and the fact that there was delays with the courier.

Don't even bother. Just don't. Two months after ordering, I contact them to ask for an update. They say my order has been canceled and I should contact customer service for a refund. This company is non-proactive and can't even provide terrible service. It's worse than that. It's comical.

Do NOT buy from this company!!! They take your money, NEVER deliver the item, then try to delay toyr refund for as long as possible to get past the 120 day mark so you can't raise a dispute with your bank!!!

Please please don’t go anywhere near these scum bags, they take your money then don’t send the item. Emailed several times even spoke on phone to them, still nothing. Had to get my bank to get involved. Bad company who shouldn’t be allowed to trade.

Looks like I’m following everybody else who ordered from these 🤬 updates from courier saying delivery before 6 pm 28/12/2022 , not delivered and now saying before end of day !!!???? How long do I keep awake for? , wish I had read reviews before ordering! Expecting delaying tactics if this follows other people experiences ( I quite expect so )

I’d give no stars if I could. Ordered a cover for 160 pounds at the start of October. Product hasn’t arrived with no indication of it ever doing so despite me chasing up and asking for updates. They just kept saying they were waiting for tracking numbers or that it was still in production. Kept requesting a refund and to cancel the order but would only offer 10% back for the inconvenience. Finally got them to acknowledge my refund request at the start of December but still no refund! Scam do not recommend stay away

Hi all, just to let you know about my experience:
Ordered cover for my jaguar convertible
They said it was taking so long due to cover being made to fit ( load of rubbish) it took so long because it comes from China
Received cover ( I must be one of the lucky ones)
Cover not a fitted one doesn’t look that good a quality, have put it on as my roof has a leak on it
So watch this space to see if it does the job
Purchased a polishing cloth at a discounted rate and it was a total waste of money, paid best part of a tenner for it. Not much bigger than a small hankey.
These companies seem to try and make people believe they’re in this country but are based in China ((con))
Thought this cover was cheap as covers normally £2-300
Recommend to Shop around and try and get one from this country

As with the others ( and I so wish I’d read these reviews first) I placed my £150+ order then absolutely nothing happened for nearly three months despite numerous emails and attempts to call. And to add insult to injury they eventually responded that the order was cancelled and I needed to pursue the bank for a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUES: DO NOT GET TAKEN IN BY THE UNDOUBTED PROFESSIONAL LOOK OF THEIR WEBSITE. They actually deserve a negative score. Thanks to Lloyds Bank for responding so positively.

If i could give this company a 0 rating then i would.
Do not use this company as you will not receive your goods but they will keep saying that your order is coming soon, but it won't arrive.

Ordered this product in November and still not delivered 23/12/2022. Emailed tried calling this company are a bunch of crooks, wish I had read the reviews prior to placing order.
I am now endeavoring to recover my monies through the bank.

This is a complete scam. Same experience as others. Ordered months ago, various excuses. Now pretending lost in post and need to go back to my bank to process a refund. A despicable company that should be struck off.

Do not buy anything from this website. Ordered well over a month ago spending £150 pounds, tried to email call etc etc no answer. I’ve read others having to go through banks to get a refund so going to have to do that. Very disappointing andwebsite should be closed down. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

Autocover have to be the WORST company I have ever delt with!!!
I placed an order with Autocovers on 19th October. After three weeks having not recieved the cover I phoned the help desk who told me it would one to two weeks and I would be notified by emal, after three weeks i phoned again they apologised and told me it would be one to two weeks. Not happy but after three weeks and yet again no delivery so i phoned and asked for a manager to be told that I had to email, totally frustrated I asked for the name of the MD to be told email. The only way I got any action was through my bank who I asked to help me get a refund.They contacted Autocover and negotiated a delivery in two weeks or they would refund me. Interestingly I had delivery (which is by no means value value for money) within a week. Absolute scam merchants.

I ordered my cover on 20th Oct. Have emailed every week and now daily. Nothing received. Please avoid. very pissed off. They looked very convincing on the website but total scammers

Bought on Black Friday half price 3 weeks later nothing tried phoning them rang out then seen on phone Germany thought they were Uk emailed and got a reply and refund why are they on front page of Google ?

Total waste of time nearly 4 weeks they don’t reply to emails the product comes from China although they say there a uk based company very dishonest 😡

Fraudulent company. One month after ordering £200 cover I have nothing. Have called, emailed, used chat bot...nothing. have requested a refund...nothing. Only resource is to claim through my credit card. Despite UK web site, they are not UK based. Please avoid as don't want anyone else to get ripped off.
