Didn't even want to give it ONE STAR. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FRAUDSTERS for sure...don't deliver goods ordered, dont answer emails, don't answer the phone....I don't even think they exist. I've reported them...

Looks like we too have been SCAMMED by this company. 🤦‍♀️ No contact after first 10days . Tried calling no answer have left voicemails but now looking on here . Wish I had first 😡 I am mad with myself

Terrible company, my dad ordered from here and he hasn’t received his order or a refund and hasn’t been contacted at all. My dad has called and emailed and nothing has happened, but I placed a negative comment on their Instagram and they deleted it, so they had time to do that but not contact my dad. We want the cover or a refund, if we don’t get either of that by a certain time we are taking it further.

Total scam, will take your money and never deliver the goods. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This is a scam. Promised delivery in 2 weeks from the UK. Now a succession of email excuses in poorly worded emails.
Should have read the reviews first!

DO NOT USE, COMPLETE SCAM

Have been waiting for my order since the 31st August. I have been emailing to try and chase up my order but just been given pathetic salesman lines, they offered me a discount for the inconvenience that I never recieved. Tried to cancel my order and get a full refund but I've had no response. Save yourself the hassle do not use under any circumstances.

They don’t even deserve one star!!! 14 weeks after placing my order, many lies and false promises, I’m £150 out of pocket and I have no cover. My emails are being ignored so not much chance of my money back. So angry!!!!

based in China, you will get your item extremely late. Called their customer service and repeated lied too and now cannot return. As cost is so high as back to China.

Despite a glossy webpage - and all sorts of blandishments about product quality and customer satisfaction - this Chinese supplier (allegedly based in Covent Garden, London) has taken my money and failed to deliver. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Ordered my cover on 20th September 22. Still not arrived.
Asked for a refund last week, still not arrived.
Don't answer the phone when you call.
Shocking.

Don't order from Autocovers, whatever you do. They'll take your money, you won't get your cover. I've wasted 3 months emailing and exchanging communication to be given complete lies throughout. I've reported them to Trading standards and I hope I can make a section 75 claim on my credit card, but of course, that's what they want. Don't buy from Autocovers. There are better suppliers who get great reviews for their performance.

Ordered august still waiting. Said fedex delay. Then are ghosting me.

Placed an order over 6 weeks ago and still waiting.
Their communication is rubbish and I wished I had bought elsewhere. I have no idea when it is supposed to arrive and now I want to cancel my order and get a full refund.

Ordered a cover mid October and received an email confirming my order. Then received an email mid November saying they were experiencing difficulties with distribution company. Always automated replies to any enquiry. THANK GOD I PAID WITH PAYPAL and have now had a full refund. TOTAL SCAM ORDER FROM A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY

Promise of refund, promise of imminent delivery dates, etc... but in the end no dates given, no refund received and of course they are unreachable.
If you go to the citizen's advice website, they have a template letter for recaiming back from yr credit card company. That's what I'm doing now.

Had an email from Autocovers today after PayPal processed refund claiming they were now going to process a refund! Clearly a dishonest company at every stage!

Same as everyone else, order coer, nothing for a few ,months. Asked for refund after they blamed couriers, although they have confirmed the refund I havent received anything. Hoping I can do a Chargeback through the bank.

Waited 2 weeks for the cover to sent, only to be told (when I contacted them) the order had been cancelled by a glitch in the system. Was asked if I’d like to order again but given the reviews on here glad I didn’t! Did eventually get refunded the £145 I paid 3 weeks later, but again only after I chased via the chat & kept asking when the refund would be sent. Not great.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After a 2 month wait (no one said it was to come from China!) and they still didn't have the cover, I asked them to cancel my order and refund. Well, 4 weeks later - still £0. I have since paid a quarter of the original price to an eBay seller, who delivered to me within 5 days. But I am still £159 out of pocket. I am seriously wondering if I will get my money back. I have raised a Resolution query with PayPal, so will see where that gets me. I also threatened the Office of Fair Trading, and suddenly the WebChat became more formal and less helpful.
