Ordered a cover on 4 October. It hasn't been delivered and today is 30 November. I spoke to one foreign lady who said that this was because my cover was not standard. SInce then I cannot get any response to phone messages and emails sent. I see from other postings to Trustpilot that this is a scam. Unfortunately I didn't pay via PayPal!

This company are just scammers - ordered a cover which took 4 months to arrive and the padlock and "chain" broke on the first day of use. I reported this in May and was promised a replacement. It has still not arrived, six months later. The cover is of poor quality as well. Avoid this company like the plague!

I have bough two covers from Autocovers in the past so expected the same, relatively quick service. Ordered an outdoor cover on the 7th October, chased on the 3r November to be told with couriers awaiting dispatch and my order was a priority. Called on the 28th November and was told to go on chat. Same story. Told them I was cancelling my order and want a full refund within a week as this is totally unacceptable. As this was with the courier, they could not promise to cancel. I suspect this is China's lockdown policy impacting supply chains. Either way they should not be accepting orders that cannot be fulfilled by the timescales they publish. Asked Visa for a chargeback based on non-delivery.

So now 4 months since my order and still no refund and no car cover this company is fake and fraudulent please do not give them any of your money!

I ordered a car cover from Auto Covers on September 10th. Still hasn’t arrived. Tried emailing but no success. Tried calling but they hung up. Fortunately I’d paid via Paypal and was able to claim a refund.
I’ve checked Facebook and several people have had a similar experience.
Having secured my refund, I ordered a cover from Classic Additions Ltd. Came the next day and is excellent.

AVOID! Waiting for over 2 months now. No cover, no updates unless I chase, always the same response - "stuck in customs". Won't entertain the idea of a refund. They change the name of the 'person' on the chat box so that it appears legitimate. Henry. Ethan. Lyndsey. Kate. Jane. Ivy. This is a complete scam, avoid this company

Same as all the other reviewers sadly. Parted with my hard earned money and received nothing. This has really put me off ordering products online.

IMPORTANT..........JUST TO UPDATE.....THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY FROM CHINA......THE UK ADDRESS USED IS A MAIL BOX........THIS COMPANY DOES NOT ACTUALLY TRADE AND TRADING STANDARDS HAVE LORRY LOADS OF CASES ONGOING BUT WILL EVENTUALLY BE ABLE TO CLOSE THEM DOWN.....10 out of 10 FOR THE WEBSITE DESIGNER THOUGH.......

I’d give them 0 if I could. Cover arrived from China 6 months later. Doesn’t fit at all. Cheap crap! Total scam. Don’t even consider using this company.

Cover had been on order for over 5 weeks. Numerous calls to the company, email sent for a refund no response. Lucky I paid with Pay Pal managed to get a full refund.
Keep clear.

Ordered cover on the 14th October and still not arrived, now in the process of trying to get my money back through PayPal. Do not order anything from this company

Do not use this company! Absolute joke. Cover ordered in July. Then said the same as below that its stuck in China and blamed FedEx. Eventually it arrived in this country to be told its been delivered elsewhere. Now I have evidence from FedEx its Autocovers mistake, surprise surprise, my emails are not be answered.

Same as others. No cover, no communication, no refund.
I got a refund from PayPal within 3 days. But still get email from Autocovers, telling me they are still waiting for the courier to arrange delivery. Also told me I had to honour the transaction, and return it if I was not happy. Not sure how they are going to do that?!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS, I purchased a cover for my MG in September was told 5-7 days delivery and it is allegedly 'stuck in china'. I have emailed requesting a refund but, had no reply, telephoned (amazed I got through), the lady on the phone was as helpful as a moon rock. Clearly had no idea. I have been duped, ripped off doubt I will ever get a refund. So do not buy from these scammers!!!!

Beware to anyone thinking of owning a cover from this company! They say it takes 5-7 days to arrive but then they send you an email delaying another 7-9 days and even after this they still have no idea when your order will be despatched. Almost 3 weeks later waiting for my order and still nothing.
Even sending a complaint to the support email….no reply!
Do not part with your money , find a far more reliable cover supplier.

Absolute scammers. Fell for it and they need to be closed down. Please do not part money to these scammers. Full payment and no goods after & weeks. Utter disgrace. Let’s get a movement going to get them blocked and closed down.

Unfortunately the same experience as many others on here. Just continual list of excuses about shipping & customs in China. Ordered mine in the middle of September.
Finally gave them an ultimatum explaining that I do have the right for a full refund despite their claim I can't. Fortunately I ordered via PayPal and within the week of raising the case, PayPal have confirmed a refund of the full amount is being processed by them. Thank you PayPal - maybe they should block any further transactions with this company as a way of protecting customers from them.

Like everyone below, I wish I'd read these reviews first. My product also didn't arrive, I was promised some kind of compensation (which also didn't arrive) and then after a few weeks the e-mails started bouncing. Luckily AMEX are refunding me and they are pursuing AutoCovers directly but a very frustrating experience and lots of time wasted.

Total scam, same as everyone else, no delivery, told stuck in customs and no response to emails. Refusing refund, am going to see if I can get my money from the bank
