Unfortunately same as everybody here; ordered 2 month ago, no delivery and told me I have to pay and maybe refund 70% later.
If so, legal department will have to manage, so good to see that this is common practice, will help to solve.

Same experience - been told my order is stuck at customs twice now! If you call customer services, it’s always the same person that answers & they don’t respond to emails. I’m not confident I’ll ever get my cover or indeed a refund! Please use a genuine company!

They have set up other trading companies with the same outcome , take your money and don’t deliver , or just send you a load of crap .

Scam company - AVOID. Took my money, kept giving excuses for no delivery (over a 2 month period), eventually customer service email stopped working. Thankfully was able to get money back via PayPal.

Scam company - Like other reviewers, they took my money instantly but 7 weeks on still no sign of cover. No more communication from them and now their email address is no longer recognised. Luckily, Amex are refunding my money. AutoCovers are still advertising on Facebook (I have just reported them) and taking money from people then running with their money. They are thieves, please do not deal with them.

I ordered my car cover in 20/09/22 still not delivered .I Phoned them three times for delivery still nothing they said they would refund me still waiting this company is a SCAM

A complete scam. Nothing delivered, promise to pay 10% refund, never received. Now saying they will refund in full, and takes 6 weeks. Emails now bounce!

I ordered a car cover over 2 months ago and still no car cover has been delivered- would like to know where they offices are based in the UK so I can pay them a visit and issue a ccj to them

SAME WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FROM NOW ON I'LL BE DOING JUST THAT AS SO MANY WEBSITE LOOKS TO BE GENUINE WHEN THEY AINT. THIS SITE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM THAY SEND AUTOMATED EMAILS AND NEVER SEND THE GOODS OUT. THEY SAID ITS STUCK AT CUSTOMS YET ITS AT THE FINAL PRODUCT THATS MY LAST EMAIL ON THE 6TH OCTOBER 2022. SO NOW IVE HAD TO GET PAYPAL INVOLVED AND AFTER A WEEK AS PAYPAL GOT NO RESPONSE I GOT MY MONEY BACK so now I can order from a genuine UK manufacturer

I wished I had read the reviews, like many order was delayed and delayed- so I cancelled, told I could not as cover was on way. They agreed if I returned it unopened they would refund me. They got the cover back and now 14 weeks on no refund, they ignored court warning. CCJ now issued against them, no reaction CLEARLY A SCAM TRADER

I ordered a specific car cover on 12th October as their web site said it was in stock. Then got an email on the 16th saying it was on its way. Then another on the 18th saying it was on it's way and i should receive it soon. I chased them on 25th October to get an email back on the 26th saying my order was with Fedex and they offered a 10% discount. I replied back to accept that day and i have had no response or part refund. I sent another chaser on 1st November and i am still awaiting a response. Awful experience and customer service to match. :-(

I ordered on the 30 October 2022. Not received the cover as of 01 November 2022. Excuses from company are International delays; hold up in dispatch - all the usual. I have processed a PayPal dispute. No confidence in ever receiving the cover.

27/10/22 rang them to trace and been told that it’s not arrived from china!!
It wasn’t cheap!!
If I wanted a Chinese cheap cover i would ordered myself.. they didn’t dislocated this when we ordered.. now they say it’s just the office that it’s based in the uk..
I have immediately cancelled the order but no reply to email…would I get my money back without legal action???

Stay away from this company

I ordered my cover on 08/09/2022 it arrived middle of October. No labels as advertised to identify the front and the storage bag was way to small. Emailed Customer Support numerous times and they have not answered any of my questions. Dispute raised with my payment company ….. hopefully I will get my cash back!!

Still waiting for my refund after the cover In ordered 19/7/22 it is now over 6 weeks waiting for the refund.

I ordered a cover on 23 September with a 10 day maximum delivery. It is now 24 October. I wait. I phoned to inquire and request updates. They said I would get a 10% refund, it didn't come. I have now cancelled the order (which they previously told me I could not) and they have said that reimbursement can take up to 10 weeks.

Meanwhile it rains on the car.

Awful service, totally unreliable and shocking. I am dubious my reimbursement will come at all.

My direct experience: I ordered a car cover on 2 August 2022. Delivery was supposed to be withing 10 days. After several email exchanges with Lyndsey from customer services I cancelled the order and requested a full refund to my credit card on 12 September. I was told I would be re-imbursed within 2-6 weeks. On 15 October I confirmed I had not received my refund and if it was not forthcoming I would claim a fraud transaction via my credit card. I received an email from Lyndsey on 19 October saying
'According to our records, our finance team made an attempt to process the refund to your account but for some reason it didn't went through.
I have notified our finance to re-process the refund. I'll be requesting for a copy of the POP so I can forward it you.'

I never received a copy of the POP and my credit card was refunded the same day.
I would not use nor recommend this company.

Ordered a cover 11/9/22
was told a load of constant, lies by this company.
Ordered delayed, blaming the courier etc.
Never came across such an incompetent company!
Please avoid, do not be even tempted to part your money with them. They should be reported, and investigated for fraud, given all the 1 star reviews on trust pilot. disgraceful.

I have now reported these people to Trading Standards as they belong firmly in the realm of Rogue Traders. On no account deal with them.
