Cannot recommend Autoglass
Called on 6th August to book windscreen replacement for stone chip crack. Earliest appointment for a home visit was 19th August. NINE days later on 15th they called to say there was a ‘glitch’ in the system and my appointment now unavailable. Despite my protests they rescheduled for 25th August. I ended up in tears and they then brought it forward. Appointment wasn’t even within a time scale of half a day - it was anytime between 8am and 6pm and I was only advised it would be pm on the morning of the appointment. Dreadful customer service and all the while trying to sell you expensive wiper blades and rain repellent etc. I would never re-insure with a company that uses Autoglass. Only good point is that the technician was friendly and empathetic and apologised for the distress I’d been caused.

Peterborough Team - another outstanding service received.
I feel that Autoglass really care about their customers, we aren't just a number. This is evident in the time taken to communicate before, during and after the service provided. The Booking process was seamless with plenty of availability, the use of tech to confirm things and the tracking of staff was a great first indication. Then when the tech turned up- he REALLY turned up. Polite, punctual, professional, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained what he was doing, and was happy to answer any questions i gave to him. Many companies could learn a thing or too from Autoglass.
