I just wanted an emailed quote, instead, I received an unsolicited sales call and the agent told me they would not send me a quote by email as 'we are not a transaction business' whatever that's supposed to mean (OBVIOUS BS).
Totally unprofessional and has given me a very negative opinion. Will be looking to other suppliers.
Don't pretend to offer quotes as a front for pushy salespeople. It's plainly dishonest.
