Super friendly customer service and transparent communication
Super friendly customer service and they were very transparent about all the pricing and insurance policies that the original booking agency did not tell us of. They went through the trouble of explaining everything to us in detail until we understood the policy and terms before agreeing upon everything and they were very patient throughout the process! We unfortunately had some damage on the car when returning, however everything was covered and the whole process was very relaxed and transparent again! Would highly recommend

Perfect experience for car hire in Italy.
I hired a car at naples airport. Cs messaged me via wats app the day previous to travel for copy drivers license, pass port & flight no. On arrival at naples they collected me from pickup point & i collected the car stressfree & no trying to sell me extras.
Drop off was the same. Will def use again

Everything was ok. They changed me a car and gearbox from automat to manual, but when I claim that, they solved the problem immediately.
The process of return car before opening hours was hassle-free. I recommend it.

We chose the full coverage option with zero deductible, which allowed us to feel relaxed and confident while driving through the overcrowded and narrow streets of Catania and Palermo. The car was brand new, automatic, and very clean. Everything went smoothly from pick-up to return, with no incidents or unexpected issues. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this rental company.

We had a very good experience with Automania. The only downside was a slightly long queue when picking up the car, but honestly, the high number of customers probably says a lot about how popular and reliable they are.
We rented a comfortable 4-person car with a large trunk for one week, including full insurance coverage, for €350 — which we found to be a very fair price.
The return process was smooth and professional. We returned the car clean, fully fueled, and 100% of the deposit was refunded the very same day.
Overall, a trustworthy company with good prices and clear conditions. We would definitely rent from them again.

The car was in perfect condition. They don’t push you into taking out additional insurance. They carry out a thorough inspection beforehand. Everything is neatly noted down and emailed to you. The same procedure applies when you return the car. Not the cheapest dealer, but they are honest.
