Everything was perfect. Online check in was efficient. We received a text with instructions as soon as we landed. Everything was ready when the shuttle dropped us off. My favorite part - they didn't try to upset us on the insurance with scare tactics. We booked through Discovery Cars and highly recommend both companies.

Everything was good. Brandnew car. Friendly stuff. Airport transfer worked well.

Long wait (1hr) to be met at airport by a damaged old minibus and driven to a garage on the motorway where we waited as no cars were there for 45 more minutes. The car dealers were not interested in their customers.
On the return we waited 1 hour for anyone to turn up to collect the car from us even though there was someone on site as the office was open, belongings on the desk and keys were in the Open mini bus outside. Again the employee was uninterested in his customers. Ride back to the airport in the same damaged minibus with ripped seats and a seat belt missing. Shocking!

Everything was OK! Service , staf, everything OK.

good: almost new car of expected size, people, 5 min walk from Catania terminal, no waiting time;
bad: deposit required internet-payment with credit card plus 2-factor secure info (incl password and mobile internet-access, not PIN) which caused some delay. This was the 1st time that this was required during car rental and could cause serious trouble for some inexperienced people.

Very helpful and friendly service. No fuss in taking the vehicle out, including setting up connectivity. And smooth return, including free, quick shuttle from depot to airport.

The customer representative was cheerful and as busy as he was when he dealt with us he was very patient and treated us well I felt very good when I left the office and picked up the car.

Quick and easy check in, with most info needed given in advance on line. The car, a VW T-Roc automatic, was good but with some smaller damages at the outside and stains at the inside. All well marked on the contract and documented with the sunny digital tool by photograph. Due to full cover insurance via sunny cars no discussions at return.
Signs to the location at Catania airport could be better.

They picked me from meeting point near airport, I received clean car with detailed description of previous small damages on email, small info about Italian traffic, info on location of nearest fuel pump for refilling at the end of rental. They provide me with address and location for car return. Returning a car was 5 minute, 100% pleasant, experience. I returned full fuel car (fueled in near by gas station), sign the documents and until I returned home, deposit was released. They return me and my family without waiting to airport. 100% Satisfaction. Very easy rental.
