Should have learned my lesson the first…

Should have learned my lesson the first time, after I ordered a part for a 2000 Porsche that did not fit my vehicle. Most annoying and complicated return process ever that almost required an act of Congress.

This time the front and rear EBC rotors listed on their website that indicates 100% guarantee that they would fit my Subaru Legacy vehicle did not fit at all. Mechanic nearly died laughing at how small they were and also verified information on their website. Now I am out $170.00 as they refuse to allow a return. Actually tried to pawn me off to the warranty department, as if something was defective, which was not the case.

Very poor customer service andI now know why they have such a short 30 day window to return parts. SHAME ON YOUR APW!!!!

I've made several purchases from Auto…

I've made several purchases from Auto Parts Warehouse and never an issue. Good pricing, customer service and timely shipments.
However, their billing policy is not one I can get on board with. on my last order, the total amount was debited from my account (or put on hold, as customer service says) to confirm sufficient funding. Parts are shipped from various warehouses and each warehouse debited the cost of whatever part it was shipping. To date, they debited my account 6 times.
Meanwhile, the amount placed on hold is still unavailable to me. Customer service
says the hold was released, my bank says otherwise. My money is being held hostage until the entire order is shipped. My account is very well funded, so I'm not concerned. I can't condone this practice and will be returning the parts has they arrive and will no longer patronize Auto Parts Warehouse.
This policy may affect those on a tight budget and unable to have funds frozen for any amount of time.

Great parts availability

Great parts availability, prices are terrific and service is outstanding. I would like to see an upgrade of delivery services to receive orders in more promptly or less of a time in receiving orders.

I've been purchasing automobile parts…

I've been purchasing automobile parts from Auto Parts Warehouse for 7 years running, and I don't intend to stop anytime soon. Irrespective of my African location in Lagos, Nigeria, each shopping experience on APW website results in success. Great shopping channel!

I was given a very nice 2003 Mercedes…

I was given a very nice 2003 Mercedes E500 which did have a few issues. APW makes it very easy for me with their on line shopping. APW has a great selection of after market parts that are great quality and very affordable. A customer since 2009 and will continue. All parts shipped to my front door. Thank you APW.
