Customer service is not the best, they never took care of my discount, even when I had the points available. I will start buying my parts some where else. Why even offer the points.

good prices compared to others, had a couple of wrong parts shipped out and they took the return easily and got the right part. fast shipping also.

My '05 Ford Explorer was in need of new ball joints. I ordered complete upper control arms from AM. Prices were great value with quick delivery. Other than some REALLY rusting bolts to get old arms off, installation went well. I would recommend AM Parts to any do-it-yourself mechanic or professional.

I have bought a number of parts from these guys and they get it right every time. As long as you don't need the parts same day it is the way to go. Best of all, you save anywhere from 25%-50% over auto parts store prices.

I have had exceptional experience with ordering, delivery, cost and durability of parts ordered, will continue using this company in the future, only thing could want is the ability to order for multiple cars at a time on the website, can only order parts for 1 make/model pay for that then order for another and pay for that. But otherwise love the company
