What amazing service ,very knowledgeable staff ,really helpful,definately recommend

On 18 June 2025, I attended at Autosave Langstracht, Summerhill Court, Aberdeen to purchase a set of new registration plates for my car.  I was served by Eddie who was very polite and welcoming. He took the time to advise me on the registration plates in stock. I chose to have the 4D Smoothy plates made. I mentioned to Eddie about fixing them to my car and he suggested to have them fixed by strong sticky pads instead of having holes bored in them and fixed by screws and explained his reason for doing so. Eddie also offered to fix them for me, which was good of him. I went with his suggedtion and left the premises whilst the plates were being made. On my arrival back there about 20 minutes later Eddie was fixing my new plates to my car. He had detached the old plates and fixed the new ones, which looked fab and were a good price.
Overall I am a very satisfied customer. Eddie was very polite, he took the time to explain things clearly and fix the plates onto my car. Eddie was very professional in his duty and I was very impressed by attitude. Hats off to Eddie for his assistance, he is a credit to the company. Thank you very much.

AutoSave Components in Dundee are, by far, the best purveyor of motor parts I have ever dealt with and I’m a car nut. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and understanding, I for one will deal with them exclusively for all my motoring needs.

I spoke to parts counter on phone , and asked if they could get me polly suspension bushes ,to fit peugeot partner van , I was assured the would be at inverness branch 2 days later as I needed them urgently, the guy on the counter said they were getting them from Aberdeen depot, on phoning branch ion at least 3 days later as they said they would keep them for me only to be told they didn't have them and couldn't, get them . I spoke to Aberdeen depot to be told they didn't stock such a part and never did , so was basically told a lie , will never be back have being going since they opened in Inverness

We are so great full for the guy in autosave Inverness today, he went above and beyond to help us not only did he manage to source us a new filter when nobody else in Inverness could or would. He managed to get it and personally deliver it to us stranded in tesco car park on his way home thank you x completely amazing service x

Bought a heap of materials last week to get my vehicle ready for sale. And the guys were great and most helpful.
Back in today to get new reg plates made in only 10 minutes. Excellent quality, no hassle, and the cheapest in Aberdeen. £24 for front and back plates, saving £14 against a well known high street, car & bike accessory store chain.

POOR QUALITY ITEMS. AVOID THIS SELLER. They are not interested in feedback and blame the customer for their selling of poor quality items . The fact that the item I bought was rubbish wasn't the problem here it was the way they dealt with it. Always the customers fault. I can have your Google reviews down to one star within the hour . Look after your customers and your customers will look after you 😉

Telephoned for a price for wiper blades for a Mercedes E-Class. They asked my registration number then gave me a price which was £12 a pair DEARER THAN MERCEDES THEMSELVES! I told them this and all they said was "well, a'ts oor price" and they hung up on me! Bloody rude and offhand. I'll not be giving them a second chance, suggest you go somewhere else too. I went to eBay, got them half the price Autosave quoted and got them next day delivered first thing in the morning. Why would anyone use these cowboys?

100% A-CLASS customer service & product, I seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough!!!!! Fast hassle free transaction process with excellent delivery updates, & the after sales service for help with fitting advice was brilliant!
(I’d initially tried to purchase the same items from Halfords & was so let down by their inept customer services team & website that lets you order items that are out of stock & then impossible to get hold of, & then they tried to sell me a cross bar for a bicycle instead of the cross bars required for the roof rack, you seriously couldn’t make it up!!)
…So thank goodness for these guys at Autosave who totally saved the day and sorted everything out so quickly. A particular shout-out thanks to Lee too in the team who kept me informed of every stage in his contact with the manufacturer for stock checks & the parts being dispatched! He is a credit to the company! :)

I would give zero stars if poss. Phoned in an order for camshaft sensor. Was advised no problem they had it in warehouse and would have in 30min. I said did I not need ‘till the next week - no problem. Called back to arrange collection - not in stock! Was told the person the week before had not checked the exact part #. They could order me a sensor but not from their reg supplier at a cost of £77 (orig was to be £23) and could not confirm when it would arrive. Had to cancel mot and order online. Moral of this complaint “don’t shop local at Autosave”.

Been going there for 40 years and never had any problems with the parts and the service is excellent
