Very helpful guys and always carry a good large stock of diffrent stuff and if they don’t have they will do their best to source it for you. They always keep up to date with all new products and are very Clud up. Been using them for 17 years and hope to be using them for a lot more to come. Thanks guys

Having visited auto save in Dundee on numerous occasions to have bulbs etc replaced I was taken aback this morning when I was told that they couldn't replace a headlamp bulb in my Ford Focus because one bolt had to be removed. I've had headlamp bulb s replaced here before so I'm feeling a bit confused,however,I went to Halfords and had it done,no problems.Wont be going to auto save again,they made me feel like a nuisance.

Be sure you are going to use all components purchased as this company does not offer a full refund. They will deduct 25% for administration charge which is a complete joke. This contradicts there no quibble 7 day full refund guarantee as mentioned on their website. When I queried this with several of their store managers in Scotland I was told that the online policy does not apply to purchases made in store.

No issues with any part of this transaction to purchase a tow bar mounting bicycle rack by Thule. Very good price, could not find it cheaper anywhere else.
Delivered well packaged, on time, and with the item as described, which I have used and which meets my expectations in full.

On a single purchase everything was faultless including the right product properly wrapped, quickly delivered, fairly priced, all as promised.

What I ordered online I did not get, 5 days after ordering phoned yet again to ask what was going on was offered different parts as I needed the parts desperately I took them.
Have no idea if I paid more for cheaper parts or got a great deal.
2 stars is maybe harsh but on website it says 2 days for orders. I visited the store on the 3rd day and was told not in yet we will phone you they never did.

Had a great experience purchasing a Thule bike rack from Autosave Components. There was a small problem with delivery (not their fault) but they immediately got it sorted and their communication around this was wonderful. They also followed up with a phone call once I had received the bike rack to ensure everything was okay. Would definitely use them again.
