I ordered a two part tow bar box which …

I ordered a two part tow bar box which I needed for a trip to France early Thursday morning. Carrier sent part of it 53 miles away. These guys didn't give up, once they tracked it, which was 4pm they somehow got someone to drive it over to us at 6.30 Wednesday. Not their fault it went astray but thanks for a great service and next time i won't leave it till last minute.

5 * service - could not be bettered

Autosave simply could not have been more helpful.

Problem: hiring a car from Dyce having flown from Norwich and heading to deepest Aberdeenshire. Our hosts tell us that their drive at the moment is sheer ice. Car hire company does not provide winter tyres and I cannot fly with liquid Winter Tyre Grip because it is flammable.

Solution: speak to MJ at autosave in Aberdeen and he has arranged for 3 cans of Winter Tyre Grip to be delivered to the car hire desk.

Absolute magic - service to die for.

I received a 10% discount card

I received a 10% discount card, when I bought from Ebay.

I entered the code. Who I bought direct.

No discount given. Would have been cheaper buying direct from Ebay.

Invoice was for a lower amount than …

Invoice was for a lower amount than what I paid. Assume the invoice was generated as per stock item and I was quoted a higher price. Leaves a bit of doubt and if I had to return it would there be hassle.

We subtract all fees from paypal on the final invoice hence the different price. If you need an invoice for what you paid of course we can supply this no problem via email.

Excellent brand

I bought this brush to use around the wheel arches and other difficult areas. What I like about this brush, is the thick handle which does not flex.
This is to compliment the large wheel brush that I already own. Well worth paying a few extra quid for this brand, unlike other brands that I have used and only last a few months.
