Two times let down, second it took 4 hours 40 minutes to tell me! None existent customer service, their website site is full of bullish statements, my experience suggests different. On the third time, allowed customers with later appointment to jump in front.

Windscreen was replaced on time and communication was all done via text etc.

Not the easiest place to park or even find a spot when dropping car off as it’s in a busy industrial estate.

Also had a fragments of plastic and glass left over the inside front of car and over the gear stick etc so had to spend time clearing that up when I got home.

A little slow in getting an appointment because they were so busy (maybe they should open in Sunderland)but otherwise the service was excellent.
Robert in Customer Services was particularly helpful - first rate service.

The vehicle leaked after the screen was replaced, the company did not resolve it, stated it was down tot he vehicle and parts availability and after a complaint, they would not resolve it and closed the case.

Excellent service from Auto Windscreens. I needed the chipped windscreen on my van replaced; the whole process was straightforward from start to finish.

The technician arrived as arranged, was friendly and professional, and did a great job fitting the new windscreen. Everything was completed efficiently and left clean and tidy afterwards.

There was some confusion and contradiction when the team of two turned up to replace the windscreen at our home address. The technician who turned up on his own advised it was a two man job despite the job being as advises as a campervan. The two technicians who turned up for the rescheduled appointment advised one person could have done it. The technicians were professional and courteous and did a good job. They gave clear instructions on post fittings issues to be aware off.

Full front windscreen replaced within an hour, very good service was easy to book in and get sorted

The booking process from start to finish was very easy. Kept up to date with timings and on day of install kept up to date with arrival. The 2 gents that attending were very polite, informative and excellent workmanship. Great service all round.
