Poor quality in lance and gun
Some parts of the pressure washer are of very poor quality and it starts to leak. Especially poor quality in the lance and gun. Their slogan "Made to Last" has not been correct regarding my machine.
Costumer service is ok tho.

Poor quality
Quality of plastic is poor. House reel attachment is weak.The spray gun is of poor quality.
The engine looks to be of good quality.

Unless you’re a hobby technician, these products are not for you
I’ve owned both a high-end and a budget AVA pressure washer. They worked great at first — but once problems started, so did the headaches. Ordering spare parts took time, and fixing the issues wasn’t straightforward. The premium model? I ended up giving it away. The cheaper one? Sold it for a few bucks.
Unless you’re a hobby technician, these products are not for you. You need time, tools, and technical know-how just to keep them running. Sure, they’ve got nice video guides — but if you don’t even know what’s wrong, that doesn’t help much.
If you’re looking for something seamless and hassle-free, look elsewhere

Some items arrived almost promptly, one spare in a more durable material than original, very reasonable pricing.
Some parts (cable drum) very mysterious message on your site and I have not received any sort of information/feedback on this part of the order
