This service is fantastic. I had a travel issue that wasn't my fault and after failing to get a satisfactory reply from the airline, I contacted the AviationADR service. Full resolution, absolutely fantastic.

The online form wouldn't work for us but once we'd contacted them by phone & completed a paper form over the phone, it was all systems go. The agent was super helpful. Very pleased with the outcome, apparently it's a huge win to get anything refunded from Ryanair.

Aviation ADR were very helpful with my claim against Ryanair. My flight were cancelled and Ryanair were not helpful with hotel booking as I was not seen as a “priority” and was left to book my own accommodation. Ryanair only offered a partial refund as they believed the hotel price was excessive. We exchanged numerous emails for 6 months as they were reluctant to give a full refund. Then Aviation ADR stepped in. The process was smooth and hassle free. I waited for 8 months to finally get my refund but still thankful I got the full refund.

Overall, relatively easy to make a claim and monitor the progress with the claim. I believe my claim was dealt with fairly, but I had considerable amount to evidence (screenshots of website pages, saved emails and transcripts of communication between myself and the airline etc., and this is probably key to a successful claim. However, the website could benefit from some improvements to make it clearer to consumers what can be accessed under the different tabs and where specific actions should be taken.

I am very grateful to the Aviation ADR team for their assistance with my claim. Although the process was quite lengthy, they eventually helped me recover a significant part of my money. Thank you for your professional support!

Having had my claim on Ryanair redirected to ADR, I was initially worried that this was a delaying tactic by the airline, however ADR have handled my claim very professionally keeping me informed at all stages of the process.
If I had any queries, they were always available on the phone and the staff were extremely well informed and were able to handle any problems I had immediately.
Very impressed with their excellent service and would recommend them to others claiming from airlines.

Great service! Not the fastest, but worked perfectly!

The website was fairly easy to use and the approach is structured and mostly clear. Communications were answered promptly. However, you need to be extremely careful, if claiming on behalf of a group, and with evidence uploaded. I thought I’d done everything the site had asked me to do in confirming I had permission from the other members of the group to act on their behalf and I still don’t know what we did wrong. The evidence I provided in support of the amount claimed apparently wasnt sufficient but nobody will message you asking for additional evidence. They just refused one third of the claim and there was no opportunity at all to put it right. 2/3 of the money recovered from Ryanair eventually, although most of delay was down to Ryanair.

I wouldn't even bother trying to take your case through this corrupt organisation!
Ryanair chose to charge me additional money for oversized baggage. The bag was well within allowance and dimensions were sent of the bag including images of the bag with a tape measure showing the exact dimensions.
Allegedly that doesn't matter to the Aviation ADR and instead they chose to uphold Ryanair's decision to charge me the additional £75 fee!
Ryanair's allowance is 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. My bag fit in the hole, and was 50cm x 30cm x 20cm so not even close to the maximum size!
Corrupt organisation, don't waste your time, we now know why Ryanair request you resolve disputes through these con artists!
Just in response to the comment below, Ryanair didn't even provide a response let alone any evidence! They even asked for an extension to provide evidence and failed to, just for your additional information and more proof of the lack of impartiality!

Easy to use the website and submit my claim, when updates were requested they were always responded to within a day, portal really easy to use. Quite a long process but this is to allow the company time to respond.

I found the upload and description of receipts difficult , system repeatedly crashed
Once the claim was submitted it was easy to see progress of my case , but

Do not use this service. They are far away from independent. I submitted all evidence for my family (4 passengers) and they awarded the minimum just for myself without even calculating the hrs of the delay correctly.
