Brilliant site so help full to new people learning the craft I was interested on quilting and abigales instructions and guidance are so clear and helpful her designs are top notch

What a wonderful group that I have found.This group has kept me going in lockdown with there sewing demonstrations and sew alongs
and all the laughter and love that has been brought by it.Always there to answer any questions big or small and so friendly.Also supplying such good quality goods and service.Abey organises things with such professionalism and fun .I have recommended it to so many friends of mine and my local sewing group.

Avid Crafts is a thriving craft business selling sewing-related items, including patterns, as well as fabric. Considering the issues last year was kept up today. any queries I've raised have always had an answer, within stated 48 hours. Orders arrive quickly and there is a friendly message in the parcel. That's an example of great customer service; it builds customer loyalty and support, as well as repeat business. There's a huge community which has built and built over lockdown, we have all been nurtured and looked after with free Facebook tutorials, great deals, super patterns all designed by Abey. You really feel like you are part of the family and at times feels like i have moved into her craft room :-) i am a theatre costume designer and maker bag. i really wish all business was as good as Avid Crafts

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service , cant even call it a service ! They never reply to emails , and when you write a message on their facebook page your accused of threating behaviour as you have mentioned going to trading standards as ive waited over a month for my item even put a put a photo of the evidence on then i am banned ! .So then put a dispute in with pay pal and got my money back . Would not recommend buying from this company. the post was re-posted after you got 50 people to post a review in a couple of hrs to hide my review , thats not very professional and agaist trust piliot rules

Amazing I have purchased and followed along with the free lockdown sew along and catch up weekly abi comes over as a genuine caring person and I have learnt new techniques with her help

I found Abey and her site during first lockdown and have learnt such a lot from her. the Fat quarter club is amazing and her free Facebook sewalongs are always good fun and there is such a lovely community feel among all her supporters, Never had any issues with delivery and products are always of a high standard and an excellent price. Highly recommend.

I have bought quite a few products over the past year all of which have been great value for money. As a member of the Fat Quarter Club also for the past few months I have NEVER been disappointed with what I have received if anything it keeps getting better.
