Excellent customer service, product availability and pricing. The tutorials are informative at every step making sure beginners and more experienced sewist have excellent results. Can’t recommend Avid Crafts highly enough. Try this site. You will not be disappointed.

Magic pressing mat
Appalling experience. Ordered magic pressing mat quoted as in stock order confirmed and money taken. I Would be advised on despatch. Ordered 28th Aug not received mid September. Emails sent with no response
Phone no listed on receipt of order rung numerous times no response not even answer phone.
This business is active on Facebook with videos and zoom. Finally placed a claim through pay pal and received a refund. She advised that she had trouble with her e mail and item was on back order. Strange as item is still shown as in stock on the web site and at no time was I advised or contacted re the update on my order. Disgraceful.

Shocked at the appalling service I received. I placed an order and the funds were taken from my account the next day, then I heard no more. When I tried emailing the address given for customer services on the confirmation of order email I received, I got no response so tried ringing the number supplied. It rings and rings and nobody ever answers. In desperation I went onto Facebook to make contact which I do not like using and posted a comment on Facebook and sent a private message, quoting my name in order to be able to trace my order). i was told the telephone is not manned - why give out the number for customers to ring if they have a problem then? I was given a different email address to use and I got no response from either of the two emails I sent. I asked for a full refund if they could not supply the goods. I went back onto Facebook stating that I would like a full refund if the goods could not be supplied. I got a reply on Facebook stating that a refund had just been actioned, with no explanation as to why the goods were not supplied or an apology. Looking through the posts on Facebook, I was not the only customer unhappy about not receiving their goods and no response to emails or phone calls. I have since noticed that mine and other posts have been deleted. This is no way to run a business and I will never use this company again.

Our Facebook page is not a place for customer service enquiries so we do delete them due to people leaving order numbers and other information which should not be placed in a public forum.
Our Facebook page is a very positive place so I’m confused as to why you’ve said you’ve been through the page and it’s negative. I would suggest anyone reading this has a look for themselves.
We were having serious problems with our emails and since changed providers which has improved our systems greatly.
We are a small team and sometimes things slip through the cracks, and unfortunately yours appears to be one of them.
We are pleased to read you received your refund in full.
