I had an issue with my NCD when…

I had an issue with my NCD when transferring from my previous company. It was hard to negotiate through the online portal and I was going round in circles. I spent days trying to resolve the issue. It was only when I insisted to deal with people that my problem was solved well done avo-team. However even then it took nearly a week and then I still received a warning note which must have crossed over after the problem was resolved. It w outdoor have been so much easier to have been able to speak to someone personally.

Quite easy to use website

Quite easy to use website, gave a reasonable quote for car insurance with a lot of things automatically covered , the excess in case if accident was not excessive, all in all I got a good quote . The only reason I gave 4 not 5 is because it's all on line and couldn't speak to a person

Absolute shambles

Absolute shambles.
My husband has been trying to claim his work pension since April.
Numerous phone calls result in nothing, no paperwork sent, despite assurances it would be.
No further forward after FOUR MONTHS.
How can a company be allowed to withhold someone's pension that they've worked hard for???

Wrongly took £185 after cancelling policy

After cancelling my insurance they wrongly took out another payment and told me that it’s my fault and that I should cancel the direct debit with my bank. They won’t refund my money they said.

Be prepared

Phoned today about my pension and after 90 mins later and being passed around numerous departments, my head was frazzled, made to feel like I couldn’t touch my money and that’s why I was messed about

Poor customer service

The amount of effort it took to insure my car was ridiculous. I was told that I would be phoned back in 48 hours maximum no call and I had to call them again, poor service although their price was good
