Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences. I'm leaving this review because I had an exceptional one.
I called up on 08-Nov asking for an urgent appointment for a Schengen visa. The caveat was that I was going on another trip on 05-Dec so the window was very short.
They were realistic and said it would be tight, but reassured me that it was possible.
They secured an appointment for me on 13-Nov (I couldn't make any earlier dates). Walked me through the documentation process and even sat with me to go through all my docs. I attended the VFS center and Madeleine was just brilliant. She checked me in, I waited in the waiting area for under an hour. All I did was smile for the camera and they took my prints. That was it - no questions/interview.
Applications can take up to 15 working days (sometimes more). Fast forward to 29-Nov and I call up panicking. I was reassured that it would come before my trip. Long story short, it was ready for collection on 02-Dec.
I'd just like to thank the whole team for your unparalleled level of customer service. I read reviews before using Aviva Visas and saw some negative ones. My experience was the opposite considering my application was more complex, my country of origin, and tight deadlines.

My appologies to aviva staff for previous review I blamed you guys for something which isnt your fault. It was the mistake from vfs global who provided me with wrong information. Thanks to Suzan and Henschel at Aviva visa helped me get another appointment with vfs without any further charges. Also mentioning help from Hafisa and Madeleine thank you guys. I would definitly recommend their service as per my experience.

With this long story I want to explain how these people work:

Please DO NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Very quick to charge you money. After I have paid exactly the requested amount (including £30 for express application), they sent me another payment request over £40, blaming me for not paying the full amount. I called them and I just got a blabla answer. Because I needed the visa urgently, I paid. They sent me the a list of necessary documents. I got everything together and sent it off. A few days later I received a call and a woman called Nafisa (the company is based in London, but I have never spoken to an English person - all staff is Asian... I wonder why...) requested lots of additional paperwork. When I complained, she said the embassy has requested these documents (haha). So I sent everything again (big struggle for me and extra costs).
Again a few days later, I was asked to provide more paperwork. I said I couldn't do that and and I want the contact number of the embassy so I can speak to the people there directly. Never got an answer. Also mentioned again, that I need the visa on the requested date.
I heard from somebody (never spoken to Nafisa again from then on) again after a couple of days, telling me that we can't get the visa on time. So I had to cancel my ticket and my friend had to send a new invitation letter plus change the tickets for things we have planned (extra costs and waste of time).
I have repeatedly requested a Schengen Visa valid for at least 3 years (like I had before) or even 5 years.
Got an email, stating that the visa is ready for collection or I should send the £11 postage money. Called and complained as I have already sent a pre-paid envelope with the documents.
In the afternoon of the next day I have received my visa (took them about 12 days to get it for me, so the express fee has gone straight into their pocket!!!). My departure time on the day would have been 7:00h am!
And guess what, even though I have mentioned it at least ten times:
I have received a visa, valid for 12 months only!

Requested a partial refund - never got an answer...

My experience with Aviva visa centre outstanding service.. They helped me twice for my Schengen Visa assisted me through everything even going to the embassy. They’re working with client in very professional manners. I would really like to thanks to everyone specially dear Nafisa who’s absolutely sweetheart who’s always smiling on her face assist me every single help although I bothered her many times lol also special thanks to Susan for all your assistance & help really appreciated 😀

Took my 80 pounds said they would refund it but now ignoring my calls like I wont take them to court count on it

I contacted Avivavisa about applying for a schengen visa, after discussing everything they asked me to pay an 'extra' fee to get the visa faster. I made the payment on a weekend and called less than 1 hour later and asked to have the money refunded as I wanted to postpone travel plans. The person on the phone said to call Monday and they can sort out for me. When I requested the refund after several days I received a partial refund with 40 pounds deducted.

When i contacted them to clarify why they charged me 40 pounds they said those were "bank charges", when i asked what charges amounted to 40 on a bank wire, they said it was for the "appointment" which I DID NOT RECEIVE YET.

I would not use them again and would highly advise to take your money elsewhere or apply directly to the embassies yourselves as it will be less hassle and much more straight forward.

Avoid if possible...cancelled application back in May, told we will only receive refund for application fee. It has now been over a month now & still no refund!! Nobody seems to have an explanation into what's going in apart from the will contact the accounts department. They are quick to take your money bit in no hurry to refund you back!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They ever gave all my trips in and I ended up paying more for extra visa's. They did not even offer to give money back and blamed the embassy.

I was a bit sceptical when I started the process of applying for a visa with Aviva Visa, but I'm so happy to be writing this review having already travelled to my destination. Aafaq and the rest of the staff at Aviva Visa, I believe gave me their best service. I highly recommend them.

my experience with Avisavisa is a great and excellent service!they help me through from booking my Appointment to assisting me to the embassy,it’s really a stress free.I would like to thank Sham specially because he helped me and explain all the details that needed in applying a visa and take time to talk vividly.,he is very professional,consistent and helpful.I met the manager she’s very friendly and nice and Carolina as well who assist me in the embassy.In 5 days I got my multiple visa..😘I would definitely recommend Avisavisa to all my friends!

Absolutely inadequate experience, bad customer service, did not stick to their works. Do not use this service at all. Rude staff and manager. Do not care about customers.

Fraudsters & Conmen ! Stay away !

Aviva Visa offered Great Service, they were fast and very efficient.
we visited the office on Friday, and had an appointment for biometric
fingerprints on the Monday and received our passport back on Wednesday.

Only 3 working days to organise a Visa for Chinese passport holder, to visit Europe.
