It was a smooth process and very straight forward. I didn’t stress about anything , everything was processed over the phone . Appointments to VFS where organised and on time .

Poor Service! Looters
Key issues: Agent did not make any arrangements for the applicants visa appointment between 18/06 to 28/06. Agent/Aviva Visa did not communicate any potential dates that is available or not available after the 18/06. No communication received from Aviva Visa since 18/06 although full payment was made on 16/06. Net result - required dates gone - the up-coming dates are unsuitable. Poor service delivery. When questioned about the mess up - no apologies received. Customer Service Agent threatened that little or NO refund will be provided.
Guy like Lalu learn some manners and stop being so big headed!
They do jack they just sit on their arses and delay as much as possible taking a fee of £152 my foot, better of doing it yourself!, theres this guy called lalu or something making it out that he knows this that and what not, when my husband had an interview he gave it the large. I don't believe this company knows exactly what you're doing.
I meant to travel with my children to Disneyland Paris and I called this company things was going on smoothly but I was the one doing most calling. They will never call you, only send an email. I think they're trying to cut their costs on calling people.
I went to the embassy after I finish having a conversation with one of them regarding what I was meant to take with me to the embassy, after 15 days later, waiting for a message for me to collect my visa I've got a call from the TLS staff saying that they sent an email to Aviva Visa requesting my biometric copy and they never responded that was a reason why they call my personal number waiting for the respond for 15 days. I was shocked and i stated crying cus i know right away no holiday for me and my children.
Then i called Avivavisa, the guy lied to me that the email went on the junk mail that they don't check the junk mail. I called them back later after crying my eyes out feeling so dissapionted, to tell them how they can help because I needed to travel into two days with my children. The lady called Nafisa said the email came on Sunday and I asked her why didn't tbey send the TLS the cpoy they requested? she lied and said that they could not get to me on my phone and I said to her why not an email if you don't get to me on the phone.
The company is so incompetent. They lies a lot, don't even know what if they knwo what they're doing. I don't think the company should be running the need to shut down because they are useless. I end up not going and £2,999 family ticket went to waste becasue of them.

What are you paying these people for?
I went with Aviva Visas because I didn’t want the stress and complexity arranging for a Visa.
As a result I ended up more stressed, missed my flight date and lost out financially.
All you are paying for is someone else to fill an online form, someone who doesn’t have any sense of urgency.
If in doubt, do it yourself.

Terrible company
Just got a false information regarding a visa enquire. They are either A) misleading you to use their service B) highly incompetent. These companies should not be on the market.
Absolutely Pathetic
These guys are ripping off customers, they charge money but never give you any visa appointments. I had applied for Portuguese visa through them and they never called me back or gave me any information about my visa dates, they charge you money straight away promising to get an appointment. I called them repeatedly and they kept saying they are trying...I booked my own appointment with the embassy in the end and got my visa and THEY STILL HAVENT REFUNDED MY VISA MONEY (This happened in June 2015)
