This company is extraordinary. I joked with a friend 'guess what happened when I phoned this company? They answered the phone almost immediately' Yes I was in luck, the required product was in stock and it could be delivered (to Devon) the next day! And it was. And they had two men to unload and carry it in. All of this service all but unique in the present trading climate. Well done AV lounge!

Extremely impressed with this company. Emailed with a specific requirement as to a Bosch washer/dryer, & Hash emailed straight back - it was in stock, & they could deliver next day. I called to arrange this, got a discounted price, & he was as good as his word. It turned up yesterday, as promised at my property 180 miles away from the shop.
I would definitely use this retailer again.

Confirmed order for Sonos Sub cancelled without any explanation or Apology! Shocking customer service.
Despite txt message confirmation that my credit card had been credited this still has not happened.

About three weeks ago, my wife and I purchased a 55 inch Samsung Q90R with a Q70 soundbar at a very good price. The proprietors answered all technical questions put to them regarding OLED and QLED TVs. Picture quality is a matter of opinion, but what decided it for us was the "ONE-CONNECT" Samsung box. The TV was installed on the 11 December. The engineer who carried out the installation was very knowledgeable and carried out his work extremely diligently and also wall-mounted our old TV (still in good working order) in our bedroom. The engineer was very tidy and did not leave behind any mess whatsoever, having previously removed his shoes upon entering our home The installation went very well, except that the TV required a stronger signal than that transmitted by my wi-fi hub. The proprietors arranged for the engineer to come again and this time the internet connection was made good after we discovered that our house was already wired for the internet. I was told by Sky that they have had some Samsung customers report connectivity issues, however it is possible that a signal booster might have solved the issue if we had not been wired up internally for the internet.

Overall, I feel that the level of service that we received was very professional, commendable and worthy of the highest praise.

I have recently purchased a Samsung Q9 65" TV from AV Lounge. I felt compelled to leave a review on the service I have received.

I had the same apprehensions as many people would have when buying such an expensive item through a relativity unknown independent company. I consider myself a risk taker, and I took a punt at ordering through AV lounge at a very competitive price. Before placing the order, I called to talk about the product and the company on more than one occasion. I was pleased to find my call was answered promptly every time. Each time I rang, I was professionally advised. This helped in building my confidence in the company.

This impressive service was carried all the way through to post delivery. I was made well aware of what would happen next and was also kept informed of when my new TV would arrived. I was called, as promised, one hour before delivery.

When the delivery drive turned up, he offered to set the TV up and make sure it was working. I declined this as I wanted to keep it in the box as we will be taking this to our new home in the coming weeks. Crazy I know. Did I mention I was a risk taker?

My 5 year insurance policy was set up by AV Lounge. I received my insurance certificate via email within days of delivery.

Really looking forward to movies with the kids on this incredible piece of technology!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. First of all was the cheapest Bosch Fridge Freezer I could find anywhere (after 2 failed deliveries and terrible saga of an experience over 2 weeks with Hughes Electrical and their courier Arrow XL who were absolutely awful in every wayl) Customer service agent Hash answered all my questions quickly and efficiently and was in touch several times to set expectations about delivery day and time

Great communication and setting of expectiations throughout, fast delivery, cheap price and helpful and considerate couriers (Rafiq and David) Would highly recommend

Brought a Bosch Washing Machine on the Tuesday and had it by the Saturday (they apologise as they couldn't deliver it earlier as I live in Aberdeen) they refunded the next day delivery straight away as they couldn't do it. Very friendly and trustworthy company please shop there you won't regret it....

I ordered a telly. They took the money. The telly arrived. It seems to work. Not much more I can say - except that they weren't brilliant about sending out confirmation and tracking information.

I have bought quite a few products from AV lounge and have always been satisfied with their customer service which is second to none. Their advice has always been helpful and product recommendation has always been excellent.

They are honest and will not pressurise the customer. Their after sales service and advice has been good and will not hesitate to recommend AV Lounge to my friends and relatives.

Not only was AV Lounge the best price for the television that I purchased but their service was outstanding. I emailed a couple of questions regarding the product and they responded swiftly. When it came to making the online purchase I needed to contact them to ensure that my payment had gone through. They were very helpful and even made some enquiries themselves and phoned me back. They arranged to deliver when it suited me and it only took two or three days before my television arrived coutesy of a couple of really friendly members of staff. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.
