Great price and product delivery came fine

I was in the market for a 40" Samsung smart T.V. and A V Lounge was the cheapest I could find on the net. I had never shopped or even herd of AV Lounge before but if I require a T.V. or Hi Fi I will certainly Look at AV Lounge in the future.

Location is not the easiest to get to, doesn’t suite the services and products given in the shop. So another franchise may be useful in a more suited area. Greetings where good, very knowledgeable about the products given, lack of staff for such a wide variety of products. However I cannot say I wasn’t greeted well and I didn’t leave with a smile on my face I also most certainly will be coming there again.

These guys are really helpful, can't praise them enough, would buy from them again without question.

Researched Best Small Smart TV's. Identified best value for a Sony Bravia 22" Internet Model was via Amazon UK, the supplier being AV Lounge, who had good seller feedback.
AV Lounge sent our Sony TV promptly, only for City Link local delivery Depot to loose it. Upon confirmation AV Lounge immediately sent a replacement which arrived next day. Very good and courteous service, I would use them again.

I looked all over the web for a Sony Cyber-shot jacket case and found the prices very high, except for AV Lounge. I couldn't believe the products were genuine Sony so I called. Yes, they were Sony and they had two cases! I have both a Sony F828 and its predecessor the F717 (old but good stuff), so I ordered both cases when I discovered the F828 case could house both models of the Cyber-shot. The first case is here and on my F828. It's perfect.

AV Lounge has a real telephone number that I can call on my ISP package free and, customers can talk to a knowledgeable person straight away. Such a breath of fresh air!!

They deserve to have great sales for their professionalism and care.
