I purchased an ex-display Sonos play 3 from AV Lounge via Amazon - great experience all round.

I was highly impressed by the work carried out by AV Lounge right from start to finish. The TV was delivered and wall mounted within a very short lead-time, a service that even huge department stores were unable to match, especially during this busy Christmas period.

I was particularly amazed by the way they carried out the wall mounting service with utmost precision and meticulous measurement to achieve a perfect finish. I will not hesitate to recommend them anytime because their neat work clearly shows their years of professional experience in the business. I'm already considering my next project with them...

I recently purchased a large amount of home cinema equipment from AV Lounge and would say that these guys really know their stuff and deliver a very specialised service. Kunj offers a consultative approach and will take the time to understand your requirements before coming up with a recommendation for the optimum solution to fit both your budget and your home.
What really impressed me about the service was that Kunj came to my house both before and after installation of the equipment, worked in tandem with the electrician and spent several hours on a Friday night completing the central configuration and picture/sound calibration to save me the trouble! Overall, I have been very impressed by the level of service and by the competitive pricing AV Lounge offer and will certainly use them for all my requirements in future. Highly recommended!

I was given good service by Mr Dilan and his team for purchase of W9 Sony Tv 46". They delivered it to my place and did not charge for the installation.

Service was PERFECT A+++++++++++++++++++++ cant fault anything form start too finish... Delivery as promised...

The av lounge team is very efficient, at first i am hesitant to buy the speaker from them as i've on the review that they are good, i ordered, i received the unit the next day.

I ordered a dvd player from them via play.com,(early in the morning) When I got home from
work in the evening and checked my order history with play.com, my order
was not there. I could not ring them as there is no contact number,
I found av lounge's phone number on their web site, not realy expecting
anyone to still be working, but they were and they quickly told me my
