Never using again
Disgusted to find the delivery had just been left on the pathway (with delivery note containing my personal details). No attempt by the delivery driver to even knock on the door, no notification from the branch that delivery was expected or dispatched. Lucky I had to go out for an appointment or would have never known it was there

Won't be using them again!
Bought 18 fence panels and 20 sleepers online. It said delivery for 'instock' items with 3-5 days. However the website doesn't tell you if they are instock. Received items 5 days later without any prior warning. Noone was home to receive the delivery as we didn't know it was coming. The delivery driver called me and when I mentioned it he said the usual sentence 'I'm just the driver'. They were put right at the end of my drive in full view of everyone and I wasn't able to move it for three days so could have quite easily been stolen ( bearing in mind they are sort after products following the recent storm). I contacted the company and they said it would be forwarded to the branch and I am yet to hear from them! On inspection of the fence panels two were broken which will now need fixing before being used. Won't be using this company again.

Ordered fencing, arrived earlier than expected and all the wood was good quality
