Didn't call or email to say they weren't coming on the specified delivery date.
One man turned up the next day and told my wife he couldn't put the 4 fence panels in the back garden because of covid.
Also one of the 4 panels is a different colour to the other 3.

Don't give them your real email address or they will bombard you emails asking for a review

On the plus side the panels seem good quality

We were out during the delivery and were presently surprised to find the driver had placed the load neatly so that we could still get our car onto the drive and access our door easily. Brilliant service.

On delivery of my items the driver left materials in front garden which is ok but they didn’t knock or leave a calling card to at least say the items had arrived. Once I checked the items I found a item missing which made me call Avs to rearrange for another delivery which made me wait even longer!

About the only place in Aylesbury to have any MOT in stock. Speedy, efficient service and a great price!

Found it really difficult to get hold of the type of fence panel I needed. I found AVS online and they had stock. Delivered a few days later and good quality products are now installed.

I ordered 12 Oak sleepers. I was given a delivery date and they arrived as stated. It isn't easy to park the truck outside my house and operate the hydraulic hoist avoiding the overhead power cables. The vehicle driver/operator asked me where I wanted the load dropped and he craned it onto the exact spot. He was polite and efficient. The sleepers were as expected but extremely heavy. I had to move them from my drive to the back garden. My wife and I could not even lift one sleeper between us. Fortunately a passing 'Good Samaritan' amazed us by raising each one onto his shoulder and carrying them all to the back garden.

Good price for sleepers and delivered when expected with courtesy. Not 5 stars only because of longer than wanted lead time from order to delivery.
