Fencing order
Fencing ordered, two panels, posts etc - good website and easy enough web order. First time I've used AVS and I chose them purely on cost so was prepared for potential of a cut price service. Delivery guy was excellent, called me in advance to confirm eta and agree the best delivery point. He was both very effiecent and polite. Materials delivered all very good quality but unfortunately I made a mistake on measuring and should have ordered the larger size panel. Contacted them and Jade arranged to deliver the new panel, picking up and returning the wrong one at the same time. She sorted the whole order/return out for me in a few minutes and has minimised the cost of my error. New panel here in just 3 days. Service throughout has been absolutely outstanding.

Ordered products overnight and delivery was suggested as between 7-10 days, however emailed next day and all materials delivered the following morning, all materials in good condition, straight, square and helpfully delivered by driver.
