I have for many years dealt with AVS and on the whole we have had a good working relationship. I have seen several managers come and go and various staff come and go, some of whom have been very good. My biggest problem has been to find the price of an item using your web site which has proved very frustrating at times. I have now handed the business over to my son so thank you for you patients and services over the years.

I needed the materials for repair/replacement of our garden fence. I ordered what I needed on line and got it wrong. The guys at AVS Ringmer were very understanding, and organised the return and replacement without any fuss. All the materials (posts, arris rails, closeboard panels etc) were of the highest quality. My fence looks great.

Everything went smoothly, even when I added to my order at the 11th hour. Delivery was as planned, the driver was friendly.

Quick speedy delivery, good quality fencing. We have just replaced the fencing which we bought from AVS from 17 years ago.

Brilliant customer service by the counter team, the two young ones were knowledgeable and helped me get the correct materials for my fence, the yard staff were friendly and I was in and out fairly quickly, good quality product that meant I was able to finish off my dream garden (with the hubby's help) would recommend solidly!

Delivery timely as promised and left in good order at a convenient location at property. Reasonable prices too. Will use again.

I don't usually leave reviews, however I ask this company to contact me when they plan to make delivery. Instead I get a call 1 hour before to say it's coming so I have to drop everything to revive the delivery.

I am a returning customer as I felt like a valued customer last time I purchased from AVS Fencing. This time I was able to order online and that too went without a hitch. So thank you guyz for making my purchases hassle free. 10/10

When I turned up at the branch for my prepaid click and collect 4 bags of aggregate they only had 3 available and not the 4 shown as in stock. When I asked for a refund I was told the branch couldn’t do it and I had to claim it online. The branch emailed their head office to let them know I could only collect 3 and I had hoped they would have good customer service and refund the payment straight away. They didn’t. I allowed time but have had to email AVS Fencing to claim my refund which I am still waiting to hear about, three days after picking up my order. A poor purchasing experience.
In response to this review AVS Fencing informed me that they refunded the cost of the missing bag the following day. It would have been better customer service to let me know!

Excellent ordering and delivery service.
I was a bit disappointed with one of the boards in our large delivery, gave customer services a call, had a phone call straight back and an email from the local store first thing the next morning saying they would be delivering a replacement for me. Within 2 days they brought a new board to replace it just in Time for it all to be laid.
Fantastic customer service is really appreciated and goes far for good recommendations. Thank you
