Don’t get what you order
Ordered 120 ‘Buff Brown’ stones, expected to get 120 of the same ‘Buff Brown’ stones - no get sent a mixture of colours, one of which is not an option on the website.
Email the contact us to explain different colours to be told it is sandstone and will be different and they will update the website.
It certainly wasn’t made clear and we’ve now got a mixture of colours which wasn’t the plan for what we wanted to use the stones for.
Would recommend to double check what you are buying as we put our faith in the website being accurate and it isn’t.

Whilst it is fair to say that sandstone is a natural product and therefore may vary in colour between stones, we accept that it was not clearly shown on our website and have now taken steps to rectify this.
We would always advise any customer who is not happy with their purchase to contact us, in order that we can attempt to resolve any issues satisfactorily.

Avoid at all costs.
Wouldn't use them again, never made the first delivery date. Told me I'd be first drop the next day. Phoned the branch and was told the van was still at the garage and couldn't give me a time. Eventually turned up at 16:00. Driver had carried out other drops already that day. His version of events completely conflicted with what the office had told me. On the upside, the driver was very friendly and couldnt apologise enough. Avoid at all costs.
