The staff were very helpful and efficient, the ordering process was quick & smooth and I got the delivery date & time that i asked for aswell as getting the products for a great price. It couldn't have gone any better!

Only bat thing I have to say is your system for customers picking up goods,from time of ordering and paying to actually leaving your yard was an hrs.
Had to stand by gate and wait for someone to ask me for ticket then they dissappear to load up forklift then come out to me and help me load my van they guy who did this was very helpful I must say but it's your system that let's it down.

I use AVS regularly as an individual gardener, actively landscaping and adjusting things. Will (mgr) and Dom (no.2) give excellent service and friendly as well. Phone S well as instore. The back up guys and loading team are all friendly as well. If they don’t have it, they’ll organise delivery from elsewhere or suggest alternatives. And the prices are the best in the area from merchants, and way cheaper than any garden centre. So lucky to have this nearby.

I’m a regular at the Henfield branch and they are such a helpful friendly group, great service.

The Basingstoke staff were very helpful, especially molly? (Name form the email address) my delivery was swift and the driver was spot on in helping me get the items to a suitable location, above and beyond a normal kerbside delivery. Highly recommended, easy to use online or in the store, will definitely be back

The Guys at the Milford branch, are always very helpful, it can be very busy at times, they always try to get contractors away quickly. Keep up the good work.

Staff were very helpful, they gave great advice and were very polite and friendly.

Always, professional, had some issues with deliveries, but as professional and courteous as we are , communication was always key. Nothing has been a let down and delays are always normal. Products and deliveries ate exceptional, as sole trader I do most of my business here now. Lewis being my key go to, outstanding professionalism and alway on track

All the staff are very welcoming, very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. Never had a problem with anything we have bought.
