Quality experience
The tv arrived in high quality packaging with all leads required. I was concerned that the manual did not give any bracket or stand fixing instructions, however the set up incl Freely was pretty straight forward. Good picture, decent sound, very impressive carrying case!

Great picture easy setup and use
Great little 32 TV so easy to use and set up great pictures only negative is the sounds not fantastic but that would be the same for any TV this size. Highly recommend a soundbar or other such external speaker.

We wanted to upgrade our travel tv and new about avtex although we was looking at other models we saw the avtex stand at motorhome & caravan show and was impressed with what we saw. So we've invested in the Avtex smart pro FHD21.5 freely tv. Can't tell you how much we love it. It's so easy to set up and on screen instructions very easy to follow. It's a 10 from me.

Superb assistance.
We have been getting totally frustrated with our Avtex router (AMR994X) in Spain as we kept getting connected to the internet then losing connection. It appears to be due to a poor signal but the last straw was when our mobile phone hotspots were better than the router! HOWEVER it was our lack of IT skills that were causing the problem.
A very friendly and knowledgeable member of the technical support team called Craig was very patient with us and sorted the problem within just a few minutes. The router is brilliant. Thank you.

Amazing quality and worth every penny
Having owned my old avtex tv now for 10 trouble free years there was no doubt at all about buying another .Needing to change now to a app based tv and wifi driven it was lucky that the brand new released AV21DS was now available bought it and was delivered in 2 days what a simply easy set up amazingly quick superb build quality as ever , they may be more expensive than some models but after service and quality make them worth every penny

Replacement tv, everything just fits right, no need for new mounting bracket, easy adjustment as we had bought a bigger one. Picture quality is great, easy set up, turn on and go.

Avtex TVs …
We have purchased three Avtex TVs in the past for our touring caravans, and two of them developed speaker sound vibration. After raising this with Avtex, they arranged collection of the TV for repair and returned back to us very swiftly. On both occasions their service was very professional and quick.
We have now changed our caravan, and just purchased the latest AV32TS SmartPro TV and once setup the colours are absolutely brilliant (better than our home TV) and well pleased with it.
I would highly recommend Avtex as a company that delivers both quality and service, which are both hard to find these days.

Just setting up our new Avtex Smart Pro
We’ve just been setting up our new Avtex AV27TS Smart Pro Television. It was a very reassuring experience to open everything up as it was all packed up so nicely and was obviously made with quality in mind. We tried not to rush, so as not to tax our brains. Thankfully we were soon online and able to set up most of the basics using the helpful downloadable app. It was so much better to use the phone to type in login and password data etc. This is probably the best setting up experience we’ve had in sixty five years! We are so pleased with everything - picture quality, sound and all the choices of viewing and listening opportunities now have. So glad we plumped for and Avtex TV aong last.
