Bought tickets to a Marshall Tucker Band concert in Royal Oak, MI. A week later, the concert is postponed indefinitely. Months go by, and AXS still hasn't rescheduled or refunded ticket money. Now they don't even acknowledge customers who bought tickets. Sent several messages to the company, never heard back from them until I contacted my credit card company for a refund. Then AXS contacts me and asks if I'm happy with their customer service! Lol. They suck

Incredible unhelpful - my phone glitched out & I accidentally purchased 2 tickets for the wrong date. Pressed cancel immediately & purchased 6 tickets for the night before the correct date & no solution was provided. So now I have 2 tickets that I have nothing I can do with even though I cancelled 1 min & submitted a help request

I was trying to buy wheelchair accessible seats online. They didn’t give the option. I contacted them online and they as told I needed to prove my name by giving a copy of birth certificate etc. i wasn’t helped at all and they disconnected

10/10 service. I was so anxious I was not going to be able to access my tickets due to an error I made when checking out. Sean was so calm and made me feel at ease. He resolved my issue within a matter of minutes.

Got stuck being filtered out even after logging in. customer service was no help and the issue persists.
Tried to get tickets for a big event and their system kept flagging me as a bot no matter what I tried. After trying all of the steps presented I contacted support as per their suggestion. I gave them the supporting info and still had issues trying to get in. Eventually they said they put a ticket aside for me and to try again in an hour and closed the chat on me before I could ask any other questions. No ticket was put aside, my issue was not solved and now I missed the opportunity to buy GA tickets for a really important show to me. Sure I could shell out 2.5x the price but I do not have that kind of money. I also fear trying to get any future tickets because this is the 2nd concert this has happened to me.

CAN NEVER GET IN TO BUY TICKETS. THEY PRIORITIZE SCALPERS. THEY MAKE A PERCENTAGE OF MONEY OFF OF RESALE TICKETS. WHEN TALKING TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY JUST DROP YOUR CHAT IF YOURE FRUSTRATED. TAKE EXTREMELY LONG TO RESPOND. TELL YOU THAT YOURE NOT THEIR PRIORITY. MAKE YOU WAIT IN A QUE TO TALK TO A REP, BUT THEY ARENT FOCUSSED ON JUST YOU. WHEN REFRESHING PAGES FOR TICKETS IT JUST TURNS YOU INTO A BOT. THOUGH IT SAYS TRY AGAIN. THIS ALL SUCKS.
