I waited 6 months for email regarding refund for fitbit iconic.like others I have registered and then a message comes up saying unable to send sms to this mobil I didn't give my number it wasn't asked for when registering .this is so frustrating I have waited so long for this refund it feels fraudulent that there is yet another reason why I can't get acsess to what is rightfully mine

Theft

Had issues using the prepaid card which eventually expired and I lost my funds. How much money do they make like this? A thieving unscrupulous company that should be closed down.
And businesses who use them -what is wrong with giving customers a direct refund instead of using this shoddy company?
Not even worthy of one star.

I have received a card code

I have received a card code. I registered. Sorry, but it does not work. I have created an account. For verification I got the information that I will receive an code on my mobile. But I never have provided a mobile number. So of course that does not work. I dont have any possibility to send a mail with my request or to include my mobile number.

Appalling company - not fit for purpose.

Wish you could choose zero. Two cards - cannot excess either. Been trying for months. The number given just says it’s busy then cuts you off. The money is for a recall of contact lens solution. I am entitled to the refund and need it. I know my login and password but it won’t let me in. Extremely frustrating.

Our company sent me a prepaid master as…

Our company sent me a prepaid master as a reward from our office activity. When i receive the email containing my card number i register thru app it was successful. But when it logged by itself then i try to login again i cannot go over with sms verification because i didn't receive the code. When i call the hotline at 1st time, i think they reset my credentials, so when i log in again then enter my mobile number it was successful. I was able to use it. But on the following day when i try to log in again i cannot get over again on sms feedback. I call the hotlines again, until happens. Until my prepaid call card is already used up. Im calling from the philippines, so its expensive for me to call the hotline to get help from customer support representative. Now i cannot use the remaining balance because i cannot log in. Hoping someone can help me to resolve my problem

Fitbit Ionic safety recall

Fitbit Ionic safety recall, was very straightforward although I do recommend downloading the B4B app as it's more convenient.

You need the code which B4B send to your email address and your mobile number you entered when you initially made your claim to complete registration. Frankly a breeze.

I have used bread card for many years…

I have used bread card for many years now , I have experienced withdrawal issues in the past but now card seems to be blocked , cannot withdrawal , cannot use in shops or online , called customer services and they were supposed to call me the next working day , and no one did , now it’s Friday evening and my card is inactive with my money in it and I can’t be helped until Monday 😏 not good enough

Impossibility to login

No matter what I am doing, I can't login, even after 30 resets of password.
I complained , got an email that the issue was solved, but it wasn't. Replied that the problem is not solved, no feedback until today (2 days later).

Finally, I was contacted by phone and now I have a working account. Still, wasn't the most easy way to create and access an account. Changed also the rating.

Fitbit recall - refund via B4B account

As part of the Fitbit recall a refund was provided via B4B Payments. After initially logging in there was an issue with the two factor authentication (2FA) due to the associated phone number - this is a common issue. I raised this with the support line and after a couple of days back and forth it was resolved. Now have access and look forward to using my account. There is also an App that can be downloaded and used.

This is ridiculous

This is ridiculous. I called on 10th of August, the guy on the phone was extremely rude said I only dealing with stolen cards, I said option 5 is the only 5 I can go for can you direct me to someone who can help, he said no. Then 22nd August B4B mentioned they will call me back within 24 hours, no one called. Then 24th, waited until my turn they hang up my call directly without even pick it up. I still havent got my refund!

Very difficult to register the account…

Very difficult to register the account and no customer real customer service. Customer service say they can only pass on a message but can't help. I have called 3 x in 48 hours and no response to help resolve issue.
I have registered before and its ok to use but not brilliant. I definitely would not recommend using B4B from a customer perspective.
