Pre-Payment Cards - fantastic Service, great way to manage refunds and incredibly easy & simple!

Everyone at B4B has been fantatsic from the time we requested information to implementation. Due to Council procedures and sign offs, it took nearly a year to get up and running, our contact Martin was incredibly patient, checking in at regular intervals but with no pressure, the service was brilliant. Since using the system and pre-payment cards we are already having success stories. Having learners being able to turn up for Exams when they simply could not have before. The ability to reimburse and load the cards instantly really does have a huge impact for our learners. It has also saved a lot of time as we simply log on, select the card and load; there is no full process to go through, no approvals and no delay in payments. As an Adult College supporting learners to improve their everyday skills, this also enable learners to use a card payment system when they may not have the facilities to do so otherwise due to their circumstances. All round it has been, for us, revolutionary and has had such a positive impact!

No mucking about - efficient and to the point

Sadly I locked myself out of B4B system. When I called, I got through very quickly to Lola’s friendly voice who, put me at ease. There was no messing about, the problem was resolved immediately, and Lola stayed on the phone until I was logged back into B4B.

A lot of other companies I have had the misfortune to deal with could use B4B’s example of what customer service should look like!! Thank you Lola!

Great customer service from Edwina!

Edwina is a great account manager at B4B, she has been looking after our company for years, and still helps us now, even though she has moved departments!

Customer services have become a lot better over the last couple of years too.

You can now register for an online account for your card, call and get straight through to customer service, change your pin number at the cashpoint, they now also have an app and you can add your Bread4Scrap card to your wallet!

Is this for real or a scam?

was excited at first but then can”t access the card because the app can”t send sms to the contact number. They don”t say how to check and correct the contact number. i doubt this company is real ! i also notice that i opted for a USD$25 dollar initial top up but my card was charged for $44.71 !
