Delivery was quick. There was an issue with the item and the base of the pram was faulty but I contacted Baby Nest and they were extremely helpful and helped me arrange a return and replacement. The replacement was received within a week. The company were brilliant to deal with and I would definitely recommend using Baby Nest for any purchases.

Went pram shopping with my daughter and was amazed at the choice and knowledge. Purchased Cybex Priam with Cloud T and the whole order was delivered was just a few days later! Incredible service.

Purchased a Cybex Anoris T2 and the level of knowledge the staff have is amazing. So thorough with their demonstration, not a detail missed! Would recommend to anyone to purchase anything needed at Baby Nest!

Despite there being separate shipping and billing addresses on the purchase page we were informed after purchase that they could only ship to the billing address.
As we were moving house around the time of birth this was extremely inconvenient and is worth noting for anyone buying gifts for others.
Astoundingly poor service when the site is hosted on Shopify and this is extremely easy to rectify and common sense for the expectations of customers.

Ordered our pram on Saturday and had it delivered by Tuesday - very quick delivery and item packaged well in perfect condition! Can’t wait to use it now!

Great experience shopping for our pram here. Chloe was very informative and helpful. On placing the order, the owner asked if I’d like the pram built in house. It seemed too good to be true that they would hold the pram in their warehouse until we were ready, build it with 24 hours notice and dispose of the boxes. I was told (by the owner) that icandy prams are notoriously difficult to build and so opted for this service thinking that it would make life easier. On collection, the buggy was built and taken to my car along with a sack of additional parts, I wasn’t given any other documentation and had to ask for proof of purchase. On first use, I found that the handle bars would not lock, this was an obvious problem that became evident after using the pram for less than a minute. Chloe helped and was again lovely. The pram was sent back to icandy and fixed. A couple months down the line, on trying to use the car seat with the pram, I found that a set of adapters were missing from the accessories bag. I called Baby Nest and spoke to the owner who proceeded to find ways to try and disprove what I had said. For context, no one is out trying to scam for £35 part after buying a £1,000 bundle. She was rude, abrasive, raised her voice and frankly I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone in their ‘professional capacity’. The comments, tone and volume were so outlandish that Amir had to commandeer the interaction and deescalate the owner. I was told that it was my fault as I should’ve checked the box or manufacturers guide (despite Baby Nest disposing of both prior to my collection). As it had been more than 14 days, icandy were no longer liable and Baby Nest were unwilling to accept liability. I appreciate I could have checked earlier but it’s not your first thought after giving birth when a reputable company offer to build your purchase for you. You wouldn’t check for parts once a flat pack piece of furniture was built, you’d check before and I wrongly assumed that this would be the cases here. Alas, it seems there are no quality assurance measures here and therefore no accountability. If you’re lucky someone may even speak down to you when you call to enquire. Moral of the story…. Take a checklist, perform your own checks and do your own quality assurance should you choose to have your pram built onsite or…. Build it yourself.
This review is 2 stars. I’d give 0 stars for the owner’s rudeness (because no human, far less customer should be spoken to like that) but the staff are lovely there, they deserve 5 stars and that needs to be said.

Baby Net were great! I was struggling to make an online payment so I rang the store and a lovely woman called Charlotte helped me and resolved my issue.
