Pram purchase
We made an in-store visit where the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the purchase via the website. Everything was smooth with regular updates on their side regarding delivery date and speedy delivery. Very happy , will shop again.

The correspondence from baby nest…
The correspondence from baby nest was brilliant. Amir would respond to every email rapidly so I felt informed. I was a bit disappointed as there had been a delay to my order which meant the pram was late arriving to me by 4 weeks so I was starting to panic as I am getting close to my due date. However, the pram arrived and we are happy with it and I am grateful for Amir responding me like he did.

Great products and very fast and efficient delivery. We accidentally ordered an incorrect add-on for the pram we purchased, but received a phone-call straight away and they sorted it before they sent our order. Would recommend.

I was pleased to find a better deal with this website only there were some issues with the initial delivery of my order but at the end all was sorted. I did find it more useful and professional the customer service through the phone rather than email.

Flexible and great customer service
The pushchair we'd ordered needed to be ordered from the manufacturer and was going to be delayed 2 months. Amir at babynest reached out to me via email to let me know. We needed the pushchair quickly for an upcoming holiday so they allowed me to switch the colour to one they had available and the pushchair arrived promptly! Really appreciate the due diligence by the team and very happy with the price/purchase.

I love baby nest brought the Stokke cot very good quality and fast delivery also great shop for prams, car seats would recommend online or go to the shop now paying for the icandy twin buggy. 10 out of 10 customer service.

Excellent service and communication. Ordered from this company for the first and delighted witch theist service. Purchased a SnuzPod Studio Bundle which was out of stock with many suppliers. Having had poor experiences with other suppliers on previous purchases for my expectant daughter, I used the chat facility to check stock as only 1 showing- and was immediate response from a real person not a chatbox! Placed my order and was connected soon after by the company to check confirm delivery as was having shipped elsewhere. In my opinion this company goes the extra mile and would recommend them to others.
