Ordered the Lightsout blind and it has really helped my 4 month old sleep past 5am sunrise! Easy to put up and fitted very well up at the window. Will take it away with us when we can travel.

I ordered an item which said it was due in stock and then they emailed me to say there weren’t going to be any now- then asked if I wanted an alternative which I asked what the alternative was and no reply. I decided to cancel and order elsewhere which I received very quickly! I asked to cancel the order and for a refund of which they replied was sorted and would be in my account 3-5 working days and it is now over 8 working days and still no refund and no reply. Update: if you phone rather than email- seems issues are dealt with promptly. Refund wasn’t issued before by mistake but now due within 24hours. Very helpful person I spoke to.

International buyers beware. It has been 4 weeks since I paid for, and placed an order for a baby monitor and I'm feeling completely left out in the cold. Granted, I'm an international customer so time frames for shipping are difficult to predict, particularly with the current COVID-19 situation. However, its concerning that I have not received any status update of any kind regarding the order. I have sent at least 5 emails to 'customer support' requesting an update with no response or acknowledgement of receipt of any them. Disturbingly I don't even know if it has been dispatched or not.

Looks like a good safe seat to use in bath and like it has a heat indicator.
Haven’t used it yet as it’s for grandchildren when visiting and staying( when lockdown over ) So 4 stars given for that reason. Ordering and delivery were easy and quick.

Managed to get the next 2 me replacement mattress on sale and the quality is much nicer than the one it came with. Also bought some fitted sheets to go with it. Came within literally a couple of days despite everything going on at the moment, was very impressed with everything all in all and would definitely order from there again

I have had a very bad experience with them,I made my order on 25th march and up to now I have got no response from them regarding the delays yet it's a month and some weeks of waiting. All I have to do now is to wait and hope for something positive but I can't recomend them at all to anyone late alone purchasing from them.
