Absolutely amazing service! Was the cheapest I found online & delivered the very next day!

Terrible service. I do not recommend it at all today my order is 20 days late and nobody gives me answers about this ... totally disappointed

Ridiculous company!!!! I ordered the item 4 weeks ago and I called them to find out where is my item and wow they did not even dispatched my item and later on they called me to tell unfortunately we do not have this item anymore.really???

We have had our previous Luvion monitor for 5 years which we use to look after our daughter who has quadriplegic cerebral palsy & epilepsy.

Baby Monitors Direct managed to get our monitor a week ahead of schedule which was a massive relief as our previous one had finally given up.

Order placed easily and paid for expedited (1 day) delivery. Order was despatched on 14th with expected delivery on 15th April. It is now 19th and still no sign, or delivery of item. Where is my item? I would understand if things were taking a little longer and simple communication to let me know would be ideal. Instead I have no item, you took extra money for expedited delivery and have failed to deliver my item!

Emailed to say monitor was poor quality and have had no reply and that was nearly a week ago. I wanted to know how I go about returning the product but no one seems to care!
