The service at Bristols Mansfield Store was second to none from beginning to end. Huge choice, helpful staff, non-pushy service and stored our pram until we needed it. They also offer a flexible payment service with no interest or third party companies involved. I would recommend them to anybody looking for baby equipment.

Attended bristols to purchase our pushchair, we ended up leaving with our babies furniture on order along with the pushchair we hoped for. The staff were a great help and couldn't have done any more. Big thank you to bristols, great experience

I purchased a pram at bristols in Sutton in Ashfield I felt the staff went above and beyond with me and were exceptionally helpful I felt well informed and looked after and could not ask for a better experience will highly recommend they even changed an in store bundle to suit my needs.

Others kept changing prices, or rather than giving us a price being told things we expensive!

Bristols were so different. Helpful, friendly, and delivered when they said they would.

Very helpful! Angela made everything so easy nothing was a problem she got all the prams we wanted to look at down and shown us how to put them up and turn them into car seats! Made sure we was happy with doing it ourself!! Such a special experience! But a very overwhelming one but all my worries went with how helpful Angela was! Can not recommend enough! I ordered pram and capsule from baby planet but I received only capsule.When I contacted to the baby planet office they said they are waiting the reply from courier service.My baby born already and I needed the pram immediately and baby planet team has no idea what is happening and didn’t give any helpful information.

Visited the Mansfield store to buy a pushchair as I’m having my first baby in December, the staff were super helpful, especially Annette! Lovely experience and came away with an egg 2 chair!!

We went to bristols early years in Sutton in ashfield, for our first babies pram. The person who serviced us had amazing knowledge and talked us through the different prams and how they are different and let us have a play with the different prams and how they worked. They also talked us through the different types of car seats and how the bases worked and the different choices and offered us their own experiences without being pushy. The store held the everything for us till we wanted to collect and on collection they ladies were helpful and helped loaded everything into the car. I have also ordered a cot mattress from here as well and they again explained the different sorts.
